Went to bank this morning with all the paperwork, was took into a private room with a member of bank staff who talked me all through the charge back process, he then faxed all the relevant paperwork over the the disputes dept.
Was told it should now take about 28 days to hopefully get my money back, they said "hopefully" as apparently it is not 100% guaranteed.:(
But they did say there was a good chance, so now i sit and wait.0 -
I've bought from JUAL and am very pleased with the service and value for money that they offer.
I have bought from them in the past and though I've been pleased with the price and have had no trouble with delivery as I've always picked up my goods from their warehouse (well, it's actually more of a lock-up) but I have to say the staff have always been very surly so I would never give them many points for service.
One does wonder if you might be an employeeI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
hi, i bought a chest freezer about a month ago from here over the phone and excuse after excuse its still not here!!!! does anyone think i can get money back??? i paid by visa debit card in full on the day of perchase they said the driver had phoned in sick! then heard nothing at all!! phoned them this weekend after it was supposed to come saturday (yesterday) and office is closed! i dont have a clue what to do now!!! help anyone pleaseeeee?????0

You need to get in touch with Wilson Field who are the administrators of Jual domestics now. Get them to send you any documentation they have so you can take it to your bank to show them they have gone bust, you then need your bank to fax all the documents over to their disputes department and get them to do a "Chargeback" on your debit card, its what i am in the process of doing at the moment too.

Good news, got my money back from my bank. 16 Aug 11 DEBIT DISP REFUND DEP 299.00
So if any of you paid by visa Debit card, go to your bank and tell them you want to claim your money back via "Chargeback"

I take it they are still trading although I'm at a loss why anyone would order anything from them, even more so now. Like that they put the administration notice in tiny letters hidden at the bottom of the page.
As I've said all along they are clearly crooks and should have the webpage shut down. Wouldnt it normally be the case that at this stage there would be contact info and a message from the administrators shown on the website and little else? Certainly not business as usual.0 -

Well it appears that the company may well now be closed?
The Barnsley, Doncaster and Castleford shops are now all closed and the shops have been emptied not sure about their main offices at South Elmsall and their website is still up.0
