Best advice , is pull your buyers details from ebay , then contact them by phone and ask how they want to proceed to give them a chance to avoid extra cost of travel or hotel , anyone dodgy wont last to long on ebay these days , so dont bury your head in the sand and hope for the best ,
if you speak to them and explain the situation , they may still wish to wait till the new dates , and your sale will still be valid .
We all get problems of different degrees , but its how you deal with them thats important and is the difference between good and bad sellers

I think you might have to refund your buyers now as you can't supply tickets to a non existant concert.0

If you really wanna go to something that badly you make the effort when the tickets go on sale. You don't just sit back and not bother and buy from Ebay. And without this going any further you guys know what some people were selling those tickets for and those people were buying them up. To spend that amount on tickets means you must be stupid or have money to burn.
I never buy tickets when the first come out anymore for anything. First of all they are so expensive and secondly I just can't spend the time it takes getting through to buy them (and then you can't guarantee you will get them).
Now I leave it to luck no, matter how bad I want to see someone, unless a reputable ebayer has cheap tickets I'm not going.
Hope everyone manges to sort out their mj tickets now. All the travel and accomodation monies lost.
And no more mj

There are threads on MSE for discussion about the sad news about Michael Jackson so I think it would be appropriate to discuss practicalities about refunds etc on this thread without being disrespectful.
Personally I wonder if this will bring rogue ticket sellers out in the open now and whether we will start to get threads about 'how do I get a refund when my sellers won't help'. I also speculate that if this turns into a problems with refunds and goodwill for buyers who are outside the 45 day paypal time frame whether ebay will use it as the excuse they need to hold ticket monies until tickets are available (like the Play model) or even ban sales altogether.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. You will need to get your refund requests in quickly, as AEG did not take Insurance out on MJ or the concerts so I would not be surprised if it sends them into bankruptcy0
