it is xmascashloans.co.uk then go to contact and leave your message i have threatened them with fraud if they dont hurry and deposit my money:mad: i am also sending messages every hour until they respond. may i ask when did you send your money to them as i sent mine on thursday

Why would you need to avoid loan companies? Afterall, you're loaning money off them and you don't have to give it back. Idiots.

I cant even get onto there website it appears shut down and when i try and email it says failed, im not sure if they have a new address but the one it used to be xmascashloans.co.uk doesnt work anymore!!

I sent my money around two weeks ago and still nothing in bank, promised it to go in today, buut cant get hold now website has shut, pretty annoyed

I nearly got scammed by a broker so did some checking. The Office of Fair Trading issues their licenses and you can check their details on the OFT site.

I cant access the xmascashloans website either. The cached version of the site is accessible though and shows company number 5605397 and consumer credit license number 334154 at the bottom of the page.

Go to the Office of Fair Trading's site (put OFT, public register in as your search and their site should come up) and you can enter and check details and addresses. I tried this for you. The company number shown on xmascashloans is for Payday Loans Ltd based in Slough. The CCL number shown on xmascashloans is for Instant Cash Loans Ltd based in Nottingham. Two different companies. Seems dodgy to me??

Contact OFT and call consumer direct to report and get advise.
