I am so angry, alot of that anger is at Yes Loans, but some at myself too!! I was talking to yes loans about them finding me a loan (stupid I know I am much wiser now) but couldn't pay the brokerage fee upfront as I didn't have the cash. The adviser said that was ok, they would set up the payment for 30th Nov & then still work on my behalf. I FOOLISHLY agreed & gave them my details. Then I came to my senses a split second later & cancelled it again straight away. On the same call, same guy. I asked him to cancel that payment, and he said it was all cancelled and the payment wouldn't be taken.
Phew I thought dodged one there..... then check my bank they have taken the £69.50 on 3rd December. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

So I just called them & was told they need to listen to the call to make sure I'm not lying & it'll take 72 hours to get it listened to!!! I need that £70 back now!! The guy I spoke to (David is his name, wouldn't give me his surname because he didn't want to appear on Watchdog....) said that there weren't any managers to speak to. I said I'd hold for one. He said "you'll be holding until I finish at 9pm tonight then" Nice. I told him I knew that legally you had to have a manager on the floor at all times in a call centre, he ignored this & starting shouting at me.

So angry. I have written my complaint & sent it to them recorded today to get my money back. And I am supposedly getting a call back on Monday once they have listened to the call, and will 'discuss it further then'

Sorry for the rant but I am sooooo fuming right now!!!! Thanks for listening rant over.... :o

One saying that sorry for delay in money and i will recieve a refund and a 25 pound argos voucher as a gesture of good will, and my monies put into my bank by the latest 14/12/2009 (today) When trying to go on there website to email them again it has shut down, also apparently were using another companys creds.
