Hiya
I, like so many, got duped into paying them £49.50 fee to get my GUARANTEED loan. What a joke, bunch of con artists. I did however come to my senses before signing & sending back their forms. Plus a pretty formal letter, stating that a copy was going to me legal advisor have all added up to a refund. So if you've been duped by them & not sent their forms back, write to them & you should (not promising!!) but you should get your money back0 -
hi i to paid fees to pathway finance and never heard another word and they have now changed there number but am thinking of paying a fe to unsecured loan company.net i know am prob mad has anyone out there dealt with them0

Wonga: They charge 2,689% APR. I rest my case...and claim to do responsible lending!!
Cheers!

I can't believe I've only just found this forum! I've just posted my own thread here with my experiences. I too was [TEXT DELETED BY ABUSE TEAM]. I guess I just got so desperate and I didn't think things through. Don't think these too have been mentioned yet:
Cash Finance Direct
Unsecuredloancompany.net0 -
[TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM] unsecuredloancompany.net - don't worry [TEXT DELETED BY ABUSE TEAM]. Have you tried to get your fee money back? If you've been signed up with them for less than 14 days then in their own terms & conditions you can put it in writing that you want your money back (its point 13 in their T&C's)
Good Luck!0 -

Thank you. I tried to email them earlier on [TEXT DELETED]. I looked on 'who is' which is a website that gives domain details so I could find out who made the website and the contact email address they have is @BEST4LOANS which is another one of these [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM] companies. It seems that so many of these are the same companies with different names. [TEXT DELETED]. I just got desperate and forgot myself. I am going to write to them and cancel but I have no idea if I'll get a refund or not.0 -
They're all crims, crooks, shysters, money-grabbing evil little b******rds...
Cheers all!
