Thanks for the suggestions. Hubby likes meat in his meals, doesn't bother me, I'd eat anything. Though my body isn't so keen!

Mmm, that sounds good.
Had a look in fridge and came across bacon, courgettes, baby corn, and about 3 mushrooms. Have tinned tomatoes and both pasta twirls and lasagne sheets so will be one of those two.0
