Hi Pammy, the roller party sounds great, I actually have a pair of skates (the four wheeled kind!) that my mum bought me for xmas a couple of years ago after I saw them in sainsburys magazine, they were one of the best presents I've ever had. I bought my DD the same ones that year and some roller blades for DS1 and xmas morning we put on our coats over our PJ's and went skating outside the house in the rain. Luckily it was fairly quiet outside as it was early, as we live on a very busy main road!

That sounds great. I will go and see how it is and might invest in a pair to bring me back to my youth!!

Hope you haven't the same weather as me Pammy. It's a dull dismal rainy day here.

Good luck with your comps and getting lots done.
I can't be bothered updating this anymore

went to a village garage sale yesterday where they were all over the place, must have walked for miles lol. Got some great bargains, mostly a gorgeous school bag for DD next year for 50p! some slipper for DS 50p, cardy for me 50p, heelys £1.

Have got to 50k!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on dooyoo after lots of moaning about it, I gave it one last push and did 4 reviews this weekend. I may carry on and try and get an amazon voucher each month. I'm still undecided.

Ebay is at £26 this month so far but its getting so annoying that people dont give me the info I ask for even though I specifically mention it TWICE on my listing.

I am thinking of joining the school PTA, but still unsure. I know it will be hard work and most parents (including myself at times) cannot be asked to donate or pay for another thing. I have been constantly searching for some fun things to do and some inspiration :o

Saved £12 today as went to go skating and realised when we got there that I had been told the wrong time (or I misheard the wrong times) so we went to the park instead loll

  • Well done on reaching payout on Dooyoo. I am about 4000 miles away, and can't wait. I just hope they pay pretty promptly. It has taken me 72 reviews, although most of them got hardly any rates. I think i have it sussed now, and to be honest i quite enjoy doing it so i am going to continue.

DH keeps laughing at me though, as we will eat something or i will read the kids a book, then i feel i should review it. It will never earn a fortune, but it is ok.

Weeds - i could have posted you some of my dandelions when i had my war with them at the start of summer. :rotfl:

I got given a strimmer yesterday so some of the big ones are for the chop!
I know what you mean about thinking if you can review. when I buy something new I wonder how much the pts would be for that.

The way to get more reviews is to rate others. Thats how I get a few more. It is so time consuming though. good luck with it.
