Have just filled out my excel ebay sheet and profit is at £40 already and only half way through the month :j That will help with DDs party, think I am having it at home. must be mad!!!

Bought my best friend a pressie today that is almost 3 times as much as I usually spend. I was really struggling for something to get her but I know she wants what I got. Paid mostly with amazon vouchers so not that much pull on the money bag lol. And I'll tell her its a joint xmas pressie too, (is that mean?) Have used all my amazon vouchers now, so need to restock!

How annoying is it when you are shopping with your kids and you see something you could get them for xmas. I was really tempted to ask the lady if I could put the stuff behind the counter lol. I can go and get it on Friday if I remember what things it was that I saw!

You sound like you're my sort of friend :D...seriously no i don't think it's mean to do that. If she's a true friend she would understand what you're trying to achieve here. True friendship is all about being there for someone no matter what, not about presents. She knows you and she knows that.

Ohh don't mention Christmas its only September! I can't cope with that yet.

I am way behind when it comes to xmas as I have normally got 80% of everything by now getting it all through the year but I have been slacking this year for some reason. It stresses me out!

managed to redeem for my dooyoo cheque today so should get it before the end of the month hopefully to put straight on the mortgage

Stresses me too especially because I won't be getting out and about much soon with the baby coming. I think it will be internet bought presents for everyone !

Well done on the forthcoming cheque! It feels so good when you get paid out for things you've put so much effort into.

Hi Pammy, well done with the ebay profit and the dooyoo reviews, you have done so well this year with your overpayments. Good luck with having DD's party at home, I've done lots of parties for my lot at home and it is stressful but some of the kids best parties have been at home. The only thing i would say is to keep the party as short as possible, anything you have planned usually takes up less time than you think! There may be some good cheap party ideas on over on the celebrations board, I've been on there quite a bit looking for homemade xmas ideas lately, I'm determined to be bought and wrapped by november!

Well my DD wants a fashion and make up party! I think I am just going to have a casual thing, just like coming for tea and they can do what they want. I have ordered Just Dance 2 so hoping that is here in time so they can have fun with that. I might borrow my boss's karaoke too.

Well have done another 2 dooyoo reviews, as want to try and get some amazon vouchers. I am at 2965 so a little way to go yet lol.
Am down to £0 on there and only £2 in argos vouchers now so dont have anything to back me up for pressies etc. Its not a nice feeling

Really need to have a tidy up today as have let things slip a bit. I want to do a list of getting the whole house spring cleaned (yes I know its autumn lol) But want to get the house ready for the party and I am also sick of my bedroom being like a chinese laundry! Now my sons room is sorted I want to sort all the clothes out and get everything where it should be. At the moment I have my sons clothes in my room as the wardrobe was used for toy storage!! The kids get changed in my room aswell so most of there uniform and underwear and pjs are always in my room.
As they are 7 and almost 9, this might be a hard habit to break but I want my room back! my DDs room is only a box room and she struggles to keep that tidy. I have storage boxes under her mid sleeper bed but she has a desk in there as well as a small tv stand and a wardrobe. She doesnt really use the desk so I am thinking about putting it in my sons room and she can use it in there is she needs to.
Anyway sorry for my rambling, I'll get on with it

Seems weird having my bedroom back to myself now without all the kids clothes and things covering my bed! I have a king size bed and now I can see it! DS2 is having trouble getting used to changing in his own room but we are getting there. The next stage is getting them to put there own clothes away nicely from the laundry.

Had two 100pts ipsos surveys tonight which is the first in weeks from there. am on 520 so way off next desperately needed voucher.

Am off tomorrow and want to really get into doing a proper complete clean up of the front room and kitchen, pulling everything out. I hate having to do things like this on my day off

am feeling a bit low again these last few days, I let things get to me too easily which I know I shouldnt but it does and I cant help it. Hopefully will snap out of it soon.

Hope you feel a bit better Pammy, I don't think this miserable weather helps, if you are going to spend the day cleaning, can I suggest a you treat yourself to some chocolates or a bottle of wine to reward yourself this evening!
