Everything paid out for the month now so can update for what is left for next month. Have OP'd another £250
I looked on SS and I can realistically reduce my term to 9 years and only up my payments by £20Its so tempting to do it. Would take off another 4 months.
Then I would only need to shave another 12 months to get me on target :j. Its amazing to think its possibleMPs left feb '08 276- Dec 13 36 :T MB Jan 10 ~ £82,377 Dec 13 ~ £29987

June already, where is the year going!!
Am off today in lieu for BH monday when I am normally off anyway. Have already got one washload out and another in the wm.
Need to clean the gpigs cage out and do the garden and plant out my new plants.
I did about 3 hours on toluna last night to get in before the month ended as you only get a certain amount of points per month. I earned 3k yesterday from topics and another 600 from sponsored polls and topics.
did a survey on ipsos which took me over for a £10 voucher, got £5 from BP. Sold my white topaz watch for £40 on ebay too which took me to £200 profit on ebay last month. Once good feedback is back for that I will put the money on the mortgage.
Am off to town today as DD is looking for 500 pc jigsaws at charity shops, she just done a 300 piece so we are going to do this one together. I used to 1000 pc ones and have my jigsaw board gathering dust behind the sofa!MPs left feb '08 276- Dec 13 36 :T MB Jan 10 ~ £82,377 Dec 13 ~ £29987

Got the kids 2 tops each and I got 2 tops from sports soccer that are their special offer this week.
Bought some smelly reed diffusers as I am obsessed with the one my sis has, it smells lovely as soon as you walk in.
Put £100 from £2 jar in bank and got two more coins in my change today so back to £12. Should get £100 again before xmas
Am shattered but need to clean the cage out. Might do garden at weekendkeep putting it off!!!

havent done this update for a while
A lot of bumph for me to keep track of how its slowly going down
so figures for end of month and the year below:
Total Actual payments: Jan, £2096; Feb £1296 Mar £1596 Apr £946 May £1196 (Total = £7130)
Original scheduled payments: Jan, £696; feb, £696 Mar £696 Apr £696 May £696 (Total = £3480)
Payments over/above original schedule: Jan, £1400; Feb £600 Mar £900 Apr £250 May £500 (Total= £3650)
Interest per day: Jan, £6.84; May, £6.44
Interest per month: Jan, £212; May £193
Mortgage balance: Jan, £70,425; May £66178
% of mortgage now paid off: Jan 21.75%; May 26.46%
I need to OP £800 to knock off two months and then will only have a year to knock off term
If I get my tax credits as normal middle of the month I can definitely do this.
Wont add the survey bumph etc as I havent really done any lately but getting back into it again now hopefully.MPs left feb '08 276- Dec 13 36 :T MB Jan 10 ~ £82,377 Dec 13 ~ £29987

Another £20 withdrew from paypal today which is paying for my haircut treat tomorrow
Ordered Ipsos voucher 3 days ago and rec'd it this morning! Amazingly quick, quickest I have ever rec'd a voucher.
Had good news today that the Home Start charity that I am looking to volunteer for has been able to put the next course on a Monday so I can join it and join the charity hopefully :j I have an interview with one of the ladies of our branch on Monday morning to see if I am suitable etc and then will hopefully do a 7 week course, although the last week we are on holiday so she says I can have a one to one for the last bit.
I am nervous but really looking forward to it.
Also got my letter through from blood donating, its been a year now since I had low iron last time so I can start donating and booked in again. Am being really good and eating loads of fruit and vegThis will be my 5th one

Well done Pammy, it's great that you're helping others when you're in a state of flux yourself :jA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
Mortgage Balance = £0
