at BP - its all changed on there, its very strange, will get used to it hopefully.

I don't like the changes and more so my laptop doesn't like the site now, it keeps crashing my computer so I don't play there now. Decided I will spend the time on Toluna instead as I couldn't get into it before and found it too time consuming.

No need to apologise about you changing your mind a few times re: the house. It is a difficult decision to make and one that a few of us toy with from time to time. It is a shame that the decision has been made for you but at least you are looking at the positives which have come out of it.

Re: your children's bedroom sizes I read on here ages ago someone saying that their parents decided to stay in a smaller house and they shared bedrooms but this meant they had a better quality of life as their parents had more money. It made me realise that huge/own bedrooms aren't the be all and end all.

You know I did think about moving into the middle room so they could both share the large room and have the small bedroom as a play room or lounge around room. A friend of mine did that for their kids. I then quickly decided against it lol. They will be teens soon and will want their own space anyway. And before you know it they will be leaving school haha

You may see me going through this dilemma in another years time :o

Cath am I following you on toluna?

Just want to add another voice to the chorus telling you not to apologise for changing your mind. The decision making about that sort of thing is all part of the MFW journey, and they're interesting diary-fodder.

I envy you your decluttered house, though. I sooo need to declutter mine, but I am useless at motivating myself to do it. I'm not bad at self-discipline when it comes to money :) , but clutter is another matter altogether.

I have actually got into a good rythym of getting the kids to keep their room tidy. Its part of a daily routine now after school. (before school - open curtains and make their beds - was usually left to me!) They have to get changed and hang their uniform up properly, they have to empty and wipe their lunch boxes, they then have to make sure their floors are clear and things are put away and shoes have to be put in the shoe cupboard and not thrown by it. another pet hate of mine!

So far in a week they have kept it up. Hopefully it can stay as a routine they will get used to.

Just wanted to add I only have 14 months to shave to be on target for july 19. It seems so near yet so far. I can feel the achievement in my grasp and actually feel like I will thrash it!!

Have decided to cheer myself up I am going to get my bedroom decorated. I am rubbish at wallpapering so will pay someone to do it. I know not very mse but I want it done nice. It hasnt been done for 10 years! I may get the hallway done too but that will cost a bit. I can strip walls to save money there tho :o

Am excited to look for wallpaper now, I have wanted to do it for ages. If I cant move I can make my house look newer :)

Sounds like a good plan Pammy. What kind of wallpaper do you fancy?

I like creams and reds with maybe bold flowers on a feature wall but I have a navy carpet which I am not replacing so it has to go with that.

Definatly treat you and the house now you are staying pammy!
We have been through the shall we move dilema and put the house up for sale as well in the past, but now I'm glad we stayed as becomming Mf is a real possibility in the future, I have also got over feeling guilty for dd living in a shoe box and the twins sharing a room. I feel it will be character building for them, (plus they may move out before they are 40 if they have to share:rotfl:)

DD is really moaning about her room. I may get the aerial sorted so she can have freeview in there as hers is the only room that doesnt have it but thats expensive too.

I feel I have upset my sister by not moving but it was an idea that isnt happening right now unfortunately.

Another day another dollar as they say :)
