Its more for me as well as others if I am honest. I love to help but I also want to serve a purpose and get to know new people and feel better about myself and be part of a team of people and maybe just maybe feel like I belong somewhere.

Hiya Pammy - I've been lurking lately but just wanted to congratulate you on your totals. You're doing amazing well hun. I'm so proud of you. :)

Well done on the blood donations too - I have slight anaemia but I've managed to give 32 so far. :) I always look on it from the point of view that I can't give much money to charity, but it's another way I can help someone, without money being involved.

We're still you know where, if you want to pop in. ;)

    Well done you too :j.

I can't give blood :(. Last time I went the nurse told me I was more trouble than I'm worth :o. My body reacts badly to the drop in blood pressure so even if I lie down for 1/2 an hour once I stand up I faint. Usually in the tea queue or once I have my cuppa. I am very polite though as it seems I say 'excuse me could you hold my cup? I'm going to faint' :rotfl:Both DS & DD give blood though :A
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

Well done on the Homestart course, it's great you are doing it.

I have only managed to donate blood once as had to wait 18 months after having DD and they refused me last time as we were TTC (good job really as found out was pregnant 3 days later). I can donate again when baby 9 months old if I have stopped breastfeeding then. I had no problems and gave my donation in less than 5 minutes so it is a really easy thing for me to do. I also see the other end of people receiving blood so I feel quite strongly about it. Am trying to encourage DH to donate but he's not as willing but not against it iykwim.

WOW  32 is amazing hun. Have you had a gold certificate or whatever it is they give you, so far I have a keyring and I think the next is a coaster lol. Thats all I am doing it for ;)

Bit nervous about home start interview, they might find me unsuitable :o

Got my letter from tax credits saying I owe nothing now from last year and I my next payment will go in next Thursday so hopefully my windfall of having two payments was my top up :j :D Thats brill.

Here is my mortgage graph going down, looks good when you see it like that :D Bit blurry but you get the idea and if the red line keeps going the way it I will be MF sooner than I thought :rotfl:

Congratulations on paying off so much in op's so far this year, it really is amazing what you have achieved so far! As for ebay, you have inspired me to dig out the camera and start selling, thanks pammy.
