well have had a busy morning already today, been back to normal dentist for check up and he has given me two lots of antibiotics this time so hoping they can get my infection down.
Been into town and got ebay supplies and been to library, DD bought some books for her roman project at school (6 for £1 - bargain) and I got some smoothie books out.
The only thing is they all say use plain/natural yoghurt but I cant really afford to use that so just using the normal cheap yoghurt we normally use. Am thinking we dont need to be on a diet and we usually eat this anyway so not adding any extra sugar we wouldnt normally have, in fact we are eating more fruit this way so hoping its better for us in the long run.

Have an afternoon of ebaying to do and then onto housework :(

pammy - do Aldi or lidl have plain natural yoghurt cheap? I think Aldi is fairly cheap for it, but don't know what you normally have. You can make smoothies with apple and orange juce instead of yoghurt

thanks guys, already had paracetomol again this afternoon as tooth was playing up.

katsu we have apple and orange juice as well and the internet says you can use water as well but I am guessing it will be more juicy than creamy. I think we will experiment. today we had orange juice, mango, peach slices and a banana and peach yogurt. We have also made apple juice, apples, bananas, raspberries, spoon of honey, and a chocolate mousse for tomorrow and put in fridge so I dont need to keep cleaning the smoothie maker each day. I can see my water bill going through the roof with this thing having to keep cleaning after every use.
Will have a look in aldi for the yogurt, i think I remember last time I looked it still wasnt cheaper than the own brand stuff I buy.

    right DS off to swimming.

have OP'd another£150 and takes another month off my term - which now stands at Dec 2020 :j :T :j now have 9 years 9 months after march MP comes out and only another 17 months to shave for my target

have cheated and used next months non paying ctax as well as ebay doing well :)

Have also got a weight off my mind as have booked kids in after school club for my hosp consultation and its only £5 and hour for the both of them, hopefully will be back within the hour! Its amazing when something it sorted that is bothering you isnt it.

Have £42 of my budget to last me the rest of this month for food and petrol which is very achievable, only two more trips to work as off thursday and monday. And £75 spare cash to do something with the kids Thursday. Not sure what yet though.

Got my ipsos vouchers today, its like getting a birthday present isnt it :)

  • You are doing so well Pammy. Proud of you. Glad the kids are sorted too, as you are right, little things niggle, and for such a negligible cost you have peace of mind. Any chance ex would pay seems though he has not made time to do it? I guess probably not worth asking when he will just cause you more grief.

He still owes me for when we got the gpigs, as I only got them as he offered to pay and that was last August and only £40 towards the £100 I paid for everything so doubt it lol I keep asking him about it and he keeps pleading poverty but then kids come home saying dad is looking at a new car! Think they live beyond their means and they live in rented accom. I will love to see if she works once their daughter starts school in september if they are so skint.

You are doing so well Pammy. Proud of you.

thank you for saying that, There is noone else that I share it with so its good that I can share it on here. I wouldnt do it otherwise, its such a good feeling to be able to say you have OP'd again and see the months come off.

Its strange to tell people that you havent a lot of money when you OP but thats why I dont have much money left but rather have it off the mortgage.
whilst the kids are young and I am single I dont do much socialising so can OP as much as I do.

    thanks :o
