    Badgergal, I can't cycle at all but public transport is virtually non-existant to work from where I live. As for walking, it's about 11 miles on country roads to work. Also, I need a car because I visit my mum every other week and she lives in W.London.
    I feel a bit more positive today but let's see how it goes. Someone said I should cut out carbs but I live on carbs - being veggie. I get very bored of salads so tend to have sandwich for lunch with a piece of fruit but it's the biscuits that I hit when I get back from work. Maybe I will start a diet diary and write down what I eat, why I ate it and what I was feeling at the time.
    Well, off to see mum now.

    that sounds like a good plan. im veggie too and get a bit annoyed when people say ' oh i lost weight by cutting out pasta and rice and bread'. I just think what the heck WOULD i able to eat!!!

    I've got one of those Kellogs walkometer things that count the number of steps you take!

    I'm never gonna use it to be honest so wondered if anyone on here would like it. :confused:

    Will have to be on a first come first served basis so PM me if anyone wants it! :D
