    hi everyone!

I too am having a scales problem, I only have a small bathroom so I bought a compact manual set last week. This morning was my weigh in. The only problem was I had left my glasses at work and so couldn't read the dial! Oh well, I'm sure I have lost something and I do feel better. Might try this every week....

Hey well done Hoopylass! :T Bet you are well chuffed!

I am perservering with my Kelloggs pedometer....have only managed 10000+ steps once in a week :o

I have to improve!! Still it hasn't helped this week as I have had the car for work (usually I bus) so I have done lots of things at lunchtimes for which you need a car when ususally I would just go for a walk.

Hopefully it'll be better next week.

Naughty foods: have been pretty good this week actually even if I do say so myself. One bag of crisps and four choccy biscuits which were spread out since last Friday to yesterday! I even turned down birthday cakes at work :A

Good morning. Just wanted to report - I have lsot another 3lbs this week at Slimming World. Now having lost 1 stone 12.5lbs. Going to get my 2 stone on Monday if it kills me!!

I took my bust, waist and hip measurement when I started the first night and am pleased to report that I have lost 2 inches off my bust and waist and 3 off of my hips. So keep going all of you - together we can crack it!!

    Well done Lucifer!!

I have been doing so well this week (albeit in denial as I still haven't plucked up the courage to weigh myself with my glasses on), I have been on 2, 5 mile walks (the weather has been too good not to). Struggling today though, I could murder a bar of chocolate (have no money on me at all today though, I think it's the only way to avoid temptation)!

I did some gardening, lugging heavy bits of wood and bricks for nearly 3 hours and feel a bit muscily in the arms:j

  • Struggling struggling....On Monday I went to the 6.15am Super Circuit class, but only because of you guys! I lay in bed deciding not to get up but then I thought of you all doing so well and it made me get up and go!
On tuesday I did a body bar class, but that's been it this week :( My OH is off sick and so I have left for work late and come home early to look after him, (not that he needs it, just an excuse) and I am still fat  no surprises there! And... I had a whole Twix (ie both fingers) today!

don't worry, bargainqueen, all that exercise will burn off one measly twix.:D I have been REALLY rubbish this week, I' ve hardly exercised and have eaten quite a bit of carp also, oh well I'll just have to go extra hard next week.
Since the weather has been so good, I pulled out some summer clothes and some were erm, decidedly snug and some didn't fit!!!
Hope you all have had a better week than me, fatfighters!!!!
