Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
I posted about a week ago cos since I've stopped smoking I'd noticed the extra inch, and an increase in fridge raiding activities, I am admitting I am a fulltime grazer. Thinks have to change, activity levels are nil really (I am always in my car - always !) so this extra nibbling has to stop.

As a smoker last year parking my car in the multi storey 7th floor - broken lifts - I was a mess after the 3rd floor (on the way up honest - not the way the way down)

Hubby starts a new job tomorrow, leaving me as morning doggie walker, so that's a start. I will have get a whole new routine going I really do not want to turn this positive stop smoking thing into something negative.

I drink too much tea, not enough water, like dairy products too much (adverts for a particular cheese with the tag line 'see it want it' are aimed directly at me !)

Fishface hope you feeling better, I'd be in the same state.
    So onward and inward !!!

MinnieSpender....I have visions of you trying out the weight exercises I posted, with those big heavy weights you found........

Unfortunately when bending at the elbow the weights are that big & heavy that you've gone down backwards like a tonne of bricks and through the floorboards!!

    Tell me it isn't so!!

LOL get well soon! we are beginning to depend on your ex-uh-sizes

I'm off to center parcs in the morning (not very MSE i know but it was half price!!). Should be a fitness filled week with lots of biking and swimming etc. Not intending to eat rubbish at all and then might see some benefits of my hard work.

Have a healthy week, no doubt i'll catch up with the thread on friday evening!
