kathfisch wrote:Thanks, again, to Looking Ahead and Minnie Spender for the exercises - so far I have restricted myself to reading them and laughing (a lot, must be some kind of exercise?! :rotfl: ) but I think I may actually go back and copy them all into a word document, then I can print them and take them into my room where housemates won't laugh at me, you see?!
:rotfl:
Kath! You big chicken!Get that catsuit on and lead your housemates in an exercise session! Perfect for brightening up a dull Sunday afternoon!
Good news at Spender Towers. Have been having a de-clutter (see Feng Shui thread on Old Style board!) today and I found a set of hand weights and a simple weight-training book under the bed! Proper big weights too - not those pink and purple plastic covered excuses! Forgot I had them! Yahoo! Now if I haven't got time to go the gym, I've got no excuse!
Oh!
Scuttles off to hide weights again. What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about? :eek:Official "Bring back Mark and Lard NOW! or else (please)" Member 160 -

Whilst your enthusiasm is much appreciated MinnieSpender, methinks use of the word catsuit is a step (or several!) too far :rotfl:
I shall be content to do the exercises in the privacy of my own room, dressed in something suitable!!
Although... if my housemates hear creaking of floor boards and me huffing and puffing away..... perhaps I'd rather they knew it was just exercises I was doing:rotfl:

Kath!
:rotfl:
Where's that darn thanks button when you need it?
Don't you just wish there was a way all of us FFWs could meet up for a weekly ex-urgh-cise session? All in citrus-coloured catsuits?
What a hoot! What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about? :eek:Official "Bring back Mark and Lard NOW! or else (please)" Member 160 -

MinnieSpender swans onto thread grasping two large hand-weights, delightful in a red and white cheerleader's outfit, although it's a bit of a tight fit and hardly Britney in her prime.
Hi there, y'all! If y'all upright again after last evenin's efforts, ah'm pleased to be introducing y'all to the QUEEN of ex-uh-cises! Y'all goin' to squat!
Puts on suitable squatting music - in fact, Fat Bottomed Girls by the Mighty Queen (of course).
OK, y'all! If you ain't got a mighty pair of hand weights close by, ah suggest y'all go and find two tins of baked beans from y'all kitchen cupboards! Don't forget that y'all FFWs, so it's sugar-free beans y'all be wanting!
Ah want y'all to stand up straight with y'all legs slightly apart. Keeping y'all upper bodies a little tilted forwards, y'all can bend y'all knees as if y'all about to sit on the porcelain throne and then get back up again, just like [STRIKE]Mr amosworks [/STRIKE] Mr Willsnarf1983 is showing y'all here:
And down and two and three and four and up and two and three and four!
And down and two and three and four and up and two and three and four!
And down and two and three and four and up and two and three and four!
And down and two and three and four and up and two and three and four!
And down and two and three and four and up and two and three and four!
OK! Put y'all weights or tins down and shake your butts!
And shake and two and three and four!
Give y'allselves a round of applause! :T

Note to y'all on the thread.
Mr amosworks was indeed indecent in the original video. However, ah have Paintshop and tidied matters up for y'all.
Ah thought you'd all be grateful for small mercies. :rotfl::eek: What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about? :eek:Official "Bring back Mark and Lard NOW! or else (please)" Member 160 -
Stop antagonising me or I'll post some solid hard evidence that it's not me in the video
Besides I don't even go gym, why pay for what you can get for free?0
