Hi all, just a quick message to say I read quite a few of your posts yesterday (new to MSE and it's unbelievable how long some of these threads are, lol) and while I note that most of you are doing SW I wanted to mention that I used to be a WW leader so if I can ever be of assistance please do drop me a PM. Hope you all have a a good one - and once I've got a slight grip on my finances and housework I'll probably join you on here if that's ok?
    Cheers, Kaz

  • Hey guys am so impressed with your success! Everyone is doing great, freebird have a beautiful holiday and enjoy! Lucifer your weight loss is an inspiration. Kaz I just pmd you about the kefir recipes but feel free to join here and get and give motivation any time! I have started eating very small portions in the evenings. Food is fuel for the body and there is no point fuelling myself up to go to bed. (Yes I did read that somewhere lol, not me own wisdom by any means!)

Hey freebird, enjoy your holiday it sounds like you're really going to have a smashing time :)

MinniSpender, I think you are slowly but surely turning in to our resident Mr(s) Motivator. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, I only know that it sometimes hurts.

Well I'm ploughing in to my second stone now, haven't weighed myself for a bit because I'm paying more attention to the things I can squeeze in to as opposed to how much I weigh. I want some of those BMI scales so am gonna save up for them as I think it's a fantastic idea.

Very jealous of people who are already building up their tan, I can barely even see the sun at the moment :( But off to Aiga Napa in a few months which should help just a little ;D Woop woop!

Well done you cuddlies, I look forward to reading about your continued triumphs :)

    Can I join in?!

I have loads to lose and am joining my gym in my office building from next week. The idea being that I will swim some mornings (i get to work an hour before i start) and do classes at lunch therefore not eating into my time at home.

I havent weighed myself for a LONG time, but from the tightness of my clothes I know it is not good at all!

and in exchange for spending on gym membership I have vowed to not buy another item of clothing until I can get my backside in my size 10 jeans!!!

Im gonna need all the help I can get!

Well done everyone who' s losing weight, youv'e all really spurred me on, got on the scales again last night- no change, but it has only been since sunday, so I'm not panicking yet! Freebird I'm soooo jealous of you, it's absolutely teeming here and I can't be bothered with anything. Minniespender, keep on with the nightly workouts, they give me a right laugh, no wonder my famille think i'm odd cackling maniacly at the screen!:D
Did some press ups and sit ups yesterday and 6 miles on the bike, so i'm hobbling around like a crone, oh it will be worth it, someday!:j

Thank you all for your holiday wishes....that's sooooo nice!:D What a friendly place this is! I shall be toasting you from Greece and if I find an internet connection I'll come and say hi.

On the downside.....how's this for a sorry morning.....it's roasting hot here (24C) and I went out to buy some last minute holiday clothes.......everything I tried on was way too tight and I had to take a size bigger which of course simply didn't fit and just made me look like a total sack. In River Island the embryo in a wonderbra behind the counter told me that a 14 was extra large and that they didn't DO my size.....one shopgirl nearly died! I looked in the mirror in one shop and felt the tears coming.....sad I know. It just makes me more determined to see this WW lark through (welcome Kaz - am sure your advice will come in handy as my team leader couldn't motivate her way out of a paper bag!) and take up Minnie's Mad Exercises. I'm fed up with looking like Mrs Blobby!

    Take care all x
