    Good morning all,

Decided to stop doing weekly weigh-ins and go with monthly then the losses seem bigger and it evens out my rough days better :)

So - yesterday I was 12st 3lb, next weigh in will be the 1st June where I should be well below 12st for the first time in a good number of years.

Channel 4 is not helping my cause - ER and Desperate Housewives have been my downfall in recent weeks (though not last week or last night) but now Lost is back on tonight!!! And its a double bill. I'm going to get myself an M&S fruit salad to help me through it - an hour I can manage but 2 might be too much. :)

Well done everyone so far, we're going to be the boney-est cuddle going soon.

    Phil

It's damn grim where I am and I'll have to collect the older troglodyte from school soon. Oh well, at least it's excercise, had a wholemeal pitta, yoghurt, apple and orange for lunch, exciting!

MinnieSpender bounces onto thread like Tigger, resplendent in pink velour trackie bottoms (muffin tops framing her hips elegantly) and a grubby white crop top. She is clutching a megaphone, oblivious to the fact that in (cyber)space, no one can hear you scream.

Hi there, y'all! Ah heard you good people were involved in Fatfree Wannabee-ness and were in need of some ex-uh-cise! Ah'm proud to say ah'm here to work your butts!

Puts on suitable butt-working music - in fact, it is Bootylicious by Destiny's Chile.

Ah want y'all to work with me on this one, y'all! No need to get up! We're gonna work ah butts here!

    Both together now!

Clench and two and three and four and clench and two and three and four and clench and two and three and four!

    Now the right butt!

Clench and two and three and four and clench and two and three and four and clench and two and three and four!

    Now the left butt!

Clench and two and three and four and clench and two and three and four and clench and two and three and four!

Now ah want y'all to stand up and shake those beautiful big butts for me!

And shake and two and three and four!

    Give y'allselves a round of applause! :T

Ah'll be back tomorrow to work those bingo wings!

MinnieSpender shimmies off singing loudly and off-key.

Aww Hoopylass :( Fear not, the cuddle is here for you. I too have effectively gained this week so feel totally gutted also, but I know that it means next week will be easier to get back on track because hopefully I'll be more determined not to cheat myself.

I think it will definitely make you feel better if you logoff, grab your snickers and go for a sprint around the block a few times before it gets too dark.

I promise you will feel better if you do just one small positive thing tonight :) My thoughts are with you, good luck :)
