No problem with that, neveranymoney! Think how toned your, ahem, "ladybits" will be!! :rotfl::eek: What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about? :eek:Official "Bring back Mark and Lard NOW! or else (please)" Member 160 -
I have an issue with butt-clenches, as they make me feel like I may break wind - which isn't handy when sat at work!
Don't be too sad hoopy, happens to us all.
My night of lost hasn't gone *too* bad - the odd biscuit but nothing rediculous. The show's getting weirder and weirder though....
I've got some seriously tiring excercise over the coming weeks. The plasterers finished at my house today so I've got 4 full rooms and the hall/stairs/landing which need:
Sizing
Lining
Wallpapering
Painting
Woodwork sanding down
Woodwork undercoating....twice
Woodwork glossing
Makes it hard work as paint agravates my lungs so I have to wear a mask - very attractive.

But wearing the mask must make it harder to abuse your cake hole? :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0

Oh Minnie.,....that was too funny!! Am going to try your workout for a laugh after morning coffee.
I lost 1.5lbs this week :j :j which is not bad considering I ate out Fri, Sat AND Sun. Am really getting into this now and have dramatically cut down on my drinking so it's all good. Now to tackle the exercise thing.....
Hoopylass.....take heart - it could be something silly like a bit of water retention making everything seem worse than it is....stick to it and you will probably find a big loss next week...we're all willing you on!:T
Clench two three four.....0 -
Wow freebird65 that's great news about the 1.5 Ibs. I find it really tricky when we go out for a meal to keep my weight constant let alone go out 3 times and still lose the weight ... well done you :T :T :T
It's Wednesday and although I didn't lose any weight last week it makes a change for me not to gain after a long weekend (Hoopylass - I agree with freebird65 you'll get there, lots of bank holidays make it harder this time of year). So I'm feeling really positive this week.
I've gone back to an old favourite of drinking lots of water - especially in the evening - it really fills me up when all I want to do is raid the fridge otherwise. Only thing is I can never sleep through the night without needing the loo
Have a good day all. x0 -
Actually I'm starting to find eating out easier.....I always ask for a jug of water and glug some before ordering as that "dampens" the urge to over order, I skip starters and for my main I try and have grilled fish or salad based things....if there's a sauce involved then I ask for it on the side and then you can just add a little yourself instead of having it drowned. It's common practice in the US (my brother lives in LA) to have allsorts of foibles and I thought waiters/esses would think I was mad here, but none have batted an eyelid. The hardest part is resisting dessert.....as on Sat.. ...but sometimes....ya just gotta give in!
Also, OH and I try to walk to and from restaurant as it a) saves on cabs and b) burns off a few of those sauces or glasses of wine.
It'll be fun to see how I manage to follow my advice on holiday the next two weeks (I go thurs night)...I've got a couple of spare tracker sheets from WW in an effort to keep myself on the path......I'd love to come back with a small loss or having stayed the same.0 -
I have failed with being a fat free wannabe and in turn I've also fail with the debt free wannabe.
I had some bad news last week and being a comfort eater I have really been packing it in. I've also not been going to the gym. I missed my weigh in last week as I was at home. I've also been overspending and now for the next two months money is going to be extra tight.
I'm going to go to my weigh in tomorrow, see what they say and then start again. I *will* do this as I don't want another summer of being really unhappy and having loads of lovely clothes I can't fit into. It's not too late.0 -
Hey Vix......you haven't failed, you've just had a temporary blip!!!! As long as you stop it quickly and get back on the path - which you're doing :T :T - you'll be fine....you have lots of fellow Cuddlers willing you on to success!!!!0

Don't worry about failing Vix, I !!!! up all the time and just pretend it never happened! Was quite good last night, saved the leftovers from last nights tea to have for lunch today, (usually just scoff them!) did 5 miles on the old excercise bike and shared a twix with my oh. My theory is, half a twix is better than a whole one !:DTotal debt £20,000 Northern Rock loan:eek:
