I'm not too fussed. At least I have a wardrobe full of ironed clothes and shiny pink nails (no, NOT all over, Amos - it says nails!).
I might give him a second chance - if he's lucky! :rotfl::eek: What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about? :eek:Official "Bring back Mark and Lard NOW! or else (please)" Member 160 -
Wow the action never ends!
I lost one measly kilo (in about 2 weeks). This is disappointing but perhaps not surprising seeing that every time I go to he Gym I then think I can slack on the food front
I have decided that a new treat regime is in order. So, instead of rewarding myself with food (bar of chocolate, packet of crisps etc) which sets the wrong image anyway, I shall reward myself with things I enjoy doing (no, not eating  ) Reading a book undisturbed for half an hour, doing some gardening, buying a new eyeshadow if I can afford it. Non-food related treats.
I wish this wasn't so hardThree years, six months, three weeks, 13 hours, 48 minutes and 30 seconds. 26011 cigarettes not smoked, saving $11,704.80. Life saved: 12 weeks, 6 days, 7 hours, 35 minutes.0 -
Well done bargainqueen...:T :T take heart from the thought that a loss is a loss....it all counts! Good idea with the new treat regime too.
I've got the last weigh-in before 2 weeks holiday tonight and am not looking forward to it after an entire weekend of eating out....and....umm....red wine.. ...that is definitely my downfall!! If I only sip water today, will I lose 5lb by tonight????
Wonder if Minnie's nails are still shiny pink or if they got...erm....slightly scuffed after all last night??:D0 -
oh dear oh dear! Spurred on by posting my first post, I rushed out to by some scales and some cheap nappies I'd seen advertised in lidl (since I'm trying to be debt free as well as fat free) and I ended up buying all sorts of rubbish totalling £70!!!!! Then, because it was so late, was tired etc etc, excuse excuse, I had chips for tea! Will I ever learn? i dont think I should be allowed out. Got home, and stepped on the scales, and discovered i was half a stone heavier than i had ever imagined:eek: Anyway, am so disgusted with my self and don't want to let you guys down, I've cleared the cupboards of crud and have a load of fruit in. Thanks for all the advice, am away to have something healthy and fat free, like erm tap water or something!Total debt £20,000 Northern Rock loan:eek:
Debt free date April 2016!!!!:eek:0
