    Amos......no offence intended here but if your social group are making you feel the odd one out and that you need to get so dangerously thin to fit in, then maybe you need to get a new social group!!!

    Size 6/8 is mad....I can't think of a male example but think Victoria Beckham thin...it's NOT a good look as well as probably being seriously unhealthy. From those pics you look fine. And surely being fit and toned with muscle is much better than being the 7stone weakling?

    PLEASE speak to an expert or your doctor before you take this any further - none of us want to see you damaging your health - it just isn't worth it!

    Ah - I couldnt see the pictures (im so nosy!!).

    Are your friends the same height? Most of my friends are skinnier, but also a lot smaller - a size 10 would be fab, but to want to be a size 6/8? Never could imagine being that small, or wanting to be!!

    What do you weigh now? PM me if you like!! (I am always open to hear diet/exercise tips!!).

    I am happy with my figure apart from the area around my middle, stomach, hips etc - I couldnt imagine being so skinny I lost my boobs, or my bum!!

    We are just concerned amos - not being nasty xx

  • Hi,

    I'd like to join - about 7 stone to lose. I need some motivation and this site helps so much with my money motivation that I'd love some healthy eating motivation!

    scottishspendaholic x
    MBNA = £4,000 / Next = £925 (approx. tbc on 19/8)
    Tesco = £2,910.11 / Smile overdraft = £500
    Bank of Scotland = £2,782.83

    How about instead of a list of debts, we list a) how much we've lost weight wise and b) how much saved by resisting choccies, drink, whatever? I've just plonked a jar in front of me and put in 50pence for the chocolate I resisted when I popped to the shop earlier......oh and I guess I'd better admit that I'm almost 15 stone...at 5ft 6 that means I could do with losing about 4.5 stone....eeeeek.

    I've changed my signature to remind myself of the mission. How on earth do you change the colours and type size etc???

    WHo's going to join me :-)

    I'm in! Have updated my signature accordingly.

    Freebird, to change colours etc on sig then just highlight the text you want to change and select an option from the 'colour' dropdown list above the text box.

    Sounds great but I'm not sure I dare admit to anyone how much weight I've got to loose... :(
    I think I'll just put in how many weight I lost.
    Will also have to put in how debt is beung repaid
