    Amosworks, please be careful.

I'm 5ft nothing (proper short) and one of those size 6's people always bang on about and i am nearly 8 stone there is NO WAY that someone your height should be aiming for 7 stone. Please think again.

Good luck to everyone working o this challenge together. Just remember to keep healthy. I couldn't loose or put on any weight if i tried but im happy with my weight anyhow.

AND if you are considering SERIOUS weight loss do it slowly and consider consulting your GP first.

Ok managed to walk 5 miles in to town today!!! Hurray!!!! Passed by Charles Dickens birthplace, had never been there, really nice!
Already made an appointment to go and see someone tomorrow and will walk there again!!! :D

As you will all see from my signature I have admited to you all how much  weight I have to loose, and this is just for starters...
Have also added to my signature my credit card debt  and OH's as well, as I am the Gordon Brown in our household, I manage what gets spent where and when... Decided to scrap Mr. Annando's credit card debt first so already made a huge payment of £1050 last week, the rest will be cleared before the end of April when the free period ends.

As for my credit card debt well...will keep payments as and when money available. Seriously thinking about doing the dog walking thing, two birds with one stone! :D

Went into Boots and got the detox kit, plus other natural aids...lets see how it goes. Don't want to go back to Slimming World yet as I am sure I put on weight in the last month + 1/2 and don't want to feel like a total failure at the very start. Will go in 2 weeks time after being a very good girl for 14 days.

In-laws are coming from Portugal on friday, haven't seen them in 7 years!!! Last time I saw my husband's niece she asked me "Why are you soooooooo fat??? When are you going to loose weight????". She was only 5 years old and I suppose only repeating what she had heard her mother say...but still it hurt and I am dreading friday!!!

Also my sister-in-law and my 2 nieces are vegeterians, so that will help in the detox!!! There is always a positive side to anything!!!

On the positive side, don't drink alcohol, coffee, nor smoke, drink very little tea and had plenty of opportunity to buy chocolate today and haven't so... Hurray!!!! And now too tired to go out again, so no way am I going to have chocolate today. :D

    Sorry for this pathetic essay!

Well done Annando - far braver than me. As for the in-laws, if they live in Portugal they must be smelly - I'd sooner be over weight than smelly any day :)

    Best of luck

hey, not a pathetic essay at all! sounds like you've done really well already today, first day of rest of life! who cares what other people think, I know it's so hard, especially when little kids just say what they think, but really try to be positive! i reckon that if you went back to slimming world they wouldn't care that you'd put weight on, and would just offer you lots of support to do well from now on ;)

I would of course say that I bet you look gorgeous the way you are, but you have to be happy in yourself(pukey cliche!) I find it really hard everyday! fortunately OH prefers me to have a good old amount of meat on me, and puts up with my endless moaning!

    good luck x x ;)
