    :D Liking it marieb...liking it a lot...

As for me, the circuits I promised myself haven't started yet and I still have to drag the hoover upstairs. I have been on pigsback.com for ages
How addictive is that site for getting your points up?

However when I was doing the washing up I was trying to do 10 second butt crunches ( :rotfl: ) as recommended by...oh everyone.....I'm just glad the OH is out, he may have thought something was trying to escape from my trousers.

OK I am off to do the hoovering and then I WILL do something else!!!!!!!

(I hope others are having more success than me.)

OK this is what I did today/tonight (for free - bar a glass of tap water)

Walked at lunchtime - about 30 minutes
Walked to & from bus stop - about 15 minutes (total)
    5 mins running on spot
3 x 30 reps of leg raises (whilst laying on side) each leg
3 x 10 rear bent leg raise (gets the bum!!) each leg
3 x 10 straight rear leg raise (ditto!) each leg
    3 x 10 stomach crunches
About 5 minutes of bicep/tricep/deltoids work with small hand weights
About 3 minutes of squats (lost count!)
    3 x 10 calf raises
A few minutes of dancing around the living room just BECAUSE I COULD!! :rotfl:

So, that was good...and free! Just need to kick OH out of the house bit more often so I don't get all :o:o and he will be all :rotfl:

So come on....what has everyone else done....? Remember...anything done out of your chair is better than nowt!

Can barely move... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Don't want to put on music otherwise will start dancing. Dying to go to bed but still have to study a bit till midnight!
Drank loads of water, no chocolate craving too tired to even think of chocolate.
Salad for dinner, almost forgot to feed the dog...
So if the weight loss doesn't work I'll always end up with a brain loss!
    :D
Thank you for all your support!!! OH is also very supportive ;)
Tomorrow will be walking and cleaning the house...

I went to the gym today and had a good work out. Sadly, whilst watching ER I've eaten half a douzen biscuits and a slize of cake. :(

Tomorrow, however, I shall return to the gym and not turn it into a waste of time while watching TV in the evening.

Oh god I totally ballsed up the diet last night - and was only 1st day!!!! Doesn't bode well does it?

I had already bust the day by having 2 Snickers in the afternoon so come the evening I just thought 'What the hell' and scoffed a box of Thorntons Marzipan Chocs that was supposed to be for my friend's birthday present at end of month.

I knew I shouldn't have tried to be organised by buying it early! So i am 2 lbs heavier this morning and £6 out of pocket cos of course I have to buy her replacement chocs. Will do it the day before her birthday though!

Have got a stinking cold too so can hardly manage the bl**dy stairs let alone going for a good walk!

Why am I so crap? :(

    Don't worry PigeonGirl - today's a whole new day.

Try not to weigh yourself every day, water levels mean we all swing about from day to day so best off doing it on a week by week basis - also helps you feel better about the odd off day.

I'm going to go and have some bran flakes now, and half a grapefruit. :)
