Well Done to those that ost weight, welcome to the newbies and Happy Birthday Callisto.
I have a 10k run in 7 weeks. I am pooping myself as I haven't been going to the gym enough really, but I am going tonight to make up for it. The key is to work up gradually rather than trying too much too soon.
Not that I listened to that last year - I 'ran' a 5k race with about 2 days training! Oh how I ached.0 -

Thank God I'm lazy!!! Haven't been out, can hear the chocolate screaming from the Aldi shop but am too lazy to get out today! (Had a long (really long) walk with the dog this morning so did "some" exercise.
So sometimes lazy is good...
Thanks everyone!
Have one bad news though, because of in-laws invasion 2 weeks ago we spent more than we should have...so will have to shuffle OH CC debt...was planning to clear the remaining £1500 by the end of the month but it will have to wait a bit longer!0
