Have been having dreams about it too!!! Last one was that I had lost 12 lbs!!! :j
I just hope it's not just a dream, or that in turns into a nightmare and I put on weight... Well still one more night and tomorrow I'll know.

12lbs would be good wouldnt it!! :0) Best of luck - let us know how you get on!!

Week 1

Before weigh-in: Wash and style hair using plenty of gel. Add hairgrips (2 boxes of) and dowse the confection liberally with hairspray. Apply make-up. Really trowell it on. Use false eyelashes and diamante stick ons. Do manicure. Stick on the longest false nails available and coat in six layers of nail varnish. Don't forget to add a top coat to this to protect your colour. Put on underwear. I recommend at least two pairs of knickers (one pair to be magic knickers), padded bra (with extra chicken fillets), vest, corset, three pairs of tights and a pair of socks. Dress warmly - it can still get cold at night - three or four jumpers and a coat should do it. Wear jeans with a skirt over the top for that funky "art-school" look. Slip into heavy duty doc martens. Pack your handbag with house bricks and refuse to put it down all evening.

Weight shown should be horrendous.

Week 2

Before weigh-in: Wash hair. Dry thoroughly but use no styling products. Scrub face to remove all make-up. Remove false nails (a blow torch should do the trick) Go commando. Wear a light slip dress (it's really warming up, don't you think?) Slip on flip-flops. You don't need a handbag - you're only popping out for a weigh-in and you can carry your keys.

Weight shown should be a tremendous improvement.

Week 3

Nah, I wouldn't bother going. You can't top last week, and anyway, you won slimmer of the week last week and it would be nice for someone else to get the chance.
 What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about?

Ha ha Minnie, that made me laugh.

I did really well yesterday. Went to the gym, cooked a healthy meal, went to the pub, drank wine, ate KFC... :o

Hi everyone... haven't posted as 'fell off the wagon' for most of the weekend and start of this week. Dread to think what the damage will be, I probably won't weigh myself at all this week, feel down enough as it is!

Vix, that sounds exactly like me... I have had lager, chocolate, crisps, sausage rolls, cakes and takeaway pizza over about 4 days. :o

Oh well, it's my birthday tomorrow and am going for a pub lunch and then out for the day on Saturday, so I will try my best to climb back on the wagon on Sunday...

Morning all....some very funny posts over the last 24 hrs - just had me giggling manically - especially the tricks for weigh-ins as I considered something similar.....hehehehe.:D

OH made me walk all the way to the pub last night for Arsenal game.....I then ruined the effort by drinking 5 double vodkas. ...ooops....but he made me walk home too so at least I got some exercise.....along with a hangover due to salad for dinner not really soaking up much vodka. :o

Will attempt to do Morning Motivational Email tomorrow...couldn't cope today. Anyone who'd like to receive one, email me at angie_la@hotmail.com.

OH is also joining me on fat free quest.....have done him a target chart like mine and copied WW Tracker sheet for him too. He got off to a flyer today....his breakfast consisted of a coffee and a cadbury's creme egg!!!!

Good luck with the weigh-ins today and let us know how you get on.

Well done with the 1lb off, vix1978. :T I'm going to try your diet - I'm already very good at the "drink lots of wine, eat KFC" part :o , but need to gear myself up for the "going to the gym" bit  - still, baby steps, eh...? Don't want to attempt too much in one go! :p

Freebird - I'd love a motivational e-mail please :A - will e-mail you tonight from home because I can't access my e-mails here at work.

Minnie - love that weigh in description...its so accurate;)!! I help out at my WW meeting and until I started weighing people I was worried that I was obsessed with what to wear for weigh in (yes, I've weighed two pairs of trousers in the past to see which ones were the lightest  ...and my watch goes on and off like a yo-yo depending on whether I think I've had a good week or not!!! :rotfl: ). But since I've started helping, I've been amazed at what people try and do to get that extra ½lb off - mind you, I'm not laughing at them...more relieved to find out I wasn't alone in my crazy efforts!! :p

Callisto - just in case I don't post tomorrow...Have a very Happy Birthday! :D Don't worry about an off week - we all have them (I have this week, too! :o ) but the important thing is you haven't given up completely and fallen off the wagon for good. Enjoy your pub lunch  and your day out on Saturday, and start afresh after that...!
