Thanks everyone for saying hi to me. I started on my new plan today and it went ok but not perfect. You would think you could be perfect on the first day but not so. Probably better than my usual so I will try harder tomorrow. I am now writing a budget in the morning and then I have an actual colomn beside it to see where the little extras are slipping in. I too have a lot to lose, between 4 and 5 stone so it will not be a short term job. I need to learn how to socalise without eating too much as I always seem to be going out or on holiday. I know that sounds lovely but I am beginning not to enjoy some things because I am too big or BIG. From now on I am going to be positive and lose weight with the rest of the cuddlies!!

Whizzing.......I SOOOO know where you're coming from....I start with the BESTEST intentions and then somehow make life difficult for myself. Like today's slip-up....it'll take me a week just to make up for it....sigh....

Oh yea....OH came home tonight and told me to watch myself as I had competition now Britney was free again...........I howled with laughter and told him to go get her. Bless him.

I LOVE pizza.... I realized I was spending quite a bit of money every month on ording pizza, because I was too lazy to cook. Well, I haven't gone cold turkey but I have cut down by 75%.

I also have a recreation area down the street from me, so I like to take walks with my future-wife (where not there yet).

No pizza + exercise = better life = less fat

And on a DFW/FFW note ... here's some jolly good news.

I have needed a new (warm) black skirt for work (cold office) for ages. The shops are full of slush greys and browns. But tonight I found one in the sale! Half price! That's the first bit of jolly good news.

The second is that I got into a size 12!!! First time for years and I'm soooooo happy.

Oh Freebird - you'll get there! I want to get to a size 10 and then STOP. Scales still say "heavy" but I guess that's weight training for you. Why don't you join me and Batfink and pump that iron?
