Welcome Amy - the more the merrier!! :T

Hey Bobbly.....get you being all organised! I'm not quite so good as nothing happening on the exercise front, but am trying to stick to WW and am hoping to have done well by next weeks weigh-ib. I've turned down a big night out this weekend to concentrate on my business and resist temptation! It had better be worth it!!!

I've set myself a target of losing a stone by Christmas - fingers crossed.

Something funny is afoot by the way - OH being very secretive about Christmas and also asked me to block out a day in Feb in my diary. Then OH's Mum mails me and says I'm planning something this day for you and him but can say anymore, but please block out in your diary. My mates think he's going to pop the question. I doubt it somehow, but a DFFW engagement could be fun! :D

Let's not get carried away like my mates eh? Knowing my luck, it'll be to announce he's bought another car for another race project   and mother's just frightening me with another "let's introduce freebird to another branch of our mad family" get-together at the same time.

Still....just in case......best I keep up the diet.....;)

This is my aim too :) I think it is doable, because it's steady weight loss, not crash weight losss.

    Hi

I am needing some encouagement to lose weight. I like most overweight people have tried lots of different regimes, lots of times but don't seem to make any long term progress. I am so good with money and organised with other things but just can't seem to get myself sorted out diet wise. I could do with someone to chat to when I am about to be bad or to give me a warning when I am on my way out. I belong to Scottish Slimmers on line. Does anyone use them for chatting to??

Hey whizzing!!! Welcome to our "Cuddle" as we call it! You're welcome to pop in anytime and waffle away to your hearts content....I think you've probably worked out that's what we do!!!!!

Diet wise I've tried everything on the planet......somehow I've always sneaked back to fat and I reckon it's what God intended....i ain't ever gonna be no Kate Moss (thank "Bleep" says OH who doesn't like skinny women.....but then he's thinking more Dita vonTeese  ).

You'll find plenty of support and encouragement in here - we all will each other on and pass on useful tips - Oh and Minnie keeps us rolling in the aisles with manic workouts and general comic genius!

    Jump right on in! :T

    Good morning cuddlies,

Having seen above the 'stone for christmas' plan I thought to myself that it was a very good idea. So, all pumped up, ready for the worst, I jumped on the scales this morning for the first time in ages to see how I was doing. And to my delight, I was 11st 11. So - rather than a stone by Christmas, I'll go for 11lb's by Christmas. 7 weeks to go, so I'll be happy if I manage 7lb's though.

Have a good weekend all - filled with excercise, healthy eating and no spending! :)
