Hi everyone! I signed up to Weightwatchers online yesterday in a final attempt to lose about 2 stone (will be happy with 1.5). I've done it before but circumstances meant I put it back on quite quickly. My weigh in day is Sunday. Maybe should've left it a week as it's my birthday at the weekend and I'm not going to be very strict for that.

Hi Sammz and welcome!

I used to do WW but gave up and now my mate and I pay the £5 into a kitty for new clothes when we reach target. That's the plan anyway!

Let me know what you think of WW online as I still have a code for a two week trial and am debating whether to try it.

If your weigh-in is Sun, then that should be a good incentive to try and take it easy for your birthday. You don't have to deny yourself all treats, but start saving your points now and try and stick to them. It really does work!!
