Blimey.....you're sounding as motivated as I was in the beginning and brimming with smart ideas. And you should be telling yourself you're fantastic as that's a great start!:T :T :T

Keep it up and keep posting - you're giving me good ideas here too - I need to re-motivate a bit as I've been slacking a bit!:o

I was with weight-watchers online, but my sister told me about this free website. It's based in USA, but along similar lines as weight-watchers:

Don't forget peeps, you don't have to be a member of a gym to exercise! Walking around the park, dancing around the lounge (or in a club for that matter!), walking the dog, swimming etc - they all count.

Check out this list of how many calories are burned doing various exercises & chores!

By the way: damn & blast! No exercise for me at lunchtime....it's p-ing down & I have no jacket or brolly.

  • Cheers Freebird- I know I am mad!! I sign up for these things and regret them later... it's called the Bullock Smithy Hike and starts and finishes at Hazel Grove in Stockport- goes through the Peak District. Should be scenic anyway!

Someone please tell me that "muscle weighs more than fat" and that I am, in fact, getting thinner.

Managed to do the 3 workouts last week and a couple of walks, weight loss-NIL.

    I will not give up;)
