So, with all these 'challenges' all over the place.. how about one here? no prizes, no winners just a big ol' group lets see how much exercise we can do a week/ month (Please remember not to over do it guys!!)

Me too, as I have rather stupidly applied to do a long walk the 2nd/ 3rd September... 56 miles in 24 hours!! :rotfl:
So trying to train... so doing quite a lot at the mo- when is the challenge going to run- this week? Shame I can't count yesterday as I went to the gym!!0 -

Don't forget peeps, you don't have to be a member of a gym to exercise! Walking around the park, dancing around the lounge (or in a club for that matter!), walking the dog, swimming etc - they all count.

Cheers Freebird- I know I am mad!! I sign up for these things and regret them later... it's called the Bullock Smithy Hike and starts and finishes at Hazel Grove in Stockport- goes through the Peak District. Should be scenic anyway!0
