PS on the weight thing, can feel my cravings starting to return. Still no takeaways but had a bag of crisp last night and am out for a meal tonight. I am going to a Turkish restaurant, so should be some low fat food, but its the gallon of wine I will prob drink with it that is the real downfall. Note to self: Must not let these little slips get out of control may need to get in shape to meet delicious man on skydive!!!

Hello everyone,

Its been *ages* since I posted so everyones probably forgotten about me. I've not exactly been on the bandwagon the past few months - spent much of my time spending and eating but I've decided today to get back on with it all so with my head held in shame I'm hoping there's still room for me in the cuddle?

I was just about to post all my excuses but then I realised they are just that - excuses - so.... new target for me, 1st 3lb to loose by Christmas and £5k off my debt by then too.

Glad to see you all seem to be doing well and wow @ kath!!

I'm off on a hen weekend so that's any good intentions fairly destroyed.....have made no progress at all for ages so will restart after the bank holiday with a new target.....2lb a week until early December should be perfectly achievable.

P.S. That plan to loose 10lb by this hen weekend failed miserably too....in fact, I put on 2lb instead.....aaarrrggghhhh.:mad: :mad: :eek:
