Biglad, this isn't weight losing but I wanted to know what excercises/drills I can do to build my biceps up other than curls?
Got a few bits of equipment down the gym that do wonders for the triceps but nothing for the biceps? Any tips?

I agree, it's not the best option. I personally hate it and couldnt eat it. But, that doesnt mean to say its very bad, it doesnt contain anymore calories than wholemeal etc.. and as I said any diet that restricts certain food groups is not by any stretch 'Heathly'. Its simply about an overall reduction in calories, without cost to you health.Current Debt: £3643.782007

I've read somewhere that a good kick start is to eat 250 calories less per day than you usually do. If you think about it it's pretty easy, I'm still eating fats but not as much. Rather than having a glass of coke, have water. Instead of crisps, eat an apple. That's 250 odd cals reduced already. Usually have 4 spuds for your Sunday roast? Have 3 from now on.
That's my mentality!! Obviously excercise helps, so I walk to Tesco in my lunch hour instead of drive so I save petrol and get fresh air and fitter.
As of this week it's a new me, quitting smoking, sorting out me debts and getting fit!! And I'm determined. I want to be slim and well off again, which will motivate me. I can do it!!
Perhaps we should post our favourite healthy (and cheap) recipes somewhere??£2 Coin Savings = £0.230 -

I put on a lot of weight since I stopped smoking in March(in time for Scottish ban) so now need to loose a lot.
My big sticking points are excercise as I am disabled, chocolate and finding something that I want to eat for breakfast.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters.
