    hmmm, you said you had some advice from someone else....did they say go to the device manager and check out the usb ports from there?

    ok, i had a quick scan there.... go to device manager . right click on my computer,click on properties the click on hardware then device manager see if there is anything in the usb ports flagged with a yellow triangle.

    I'm on my computer, I can't see properties I'm afraid.

    click start then right click my computer link, right at the bottom of list it should say properties, click that

    I left clicked previously... :o But I've got properties up now!
