You can apply for the HIPG from 25 weeks, so you should get the form today. They are actually paying out really quick atm. My MW are the same, just look at you like your in the way - these are things they should be giving out automatically, not waiting till I have chased them for it
Aw Suzy, I couldn't remember when they started to measure0 -

Why no breaststroke?Aless
Dont go, I am 18 weeks today:beer:, and can feel more and more movement and it's such a wonderful feeling as it's something just between me and my bumper and it's like always having someone with u or does that sound silly .
I agree! Don't go Aless! And I love always having someone with me - even in my most private moments like on the loo!
Loads of Labour vibes and dust to Tink
Congratulations to Tara :j
Random bleeding again today TMI alert I think doing a big poo might irritate my cervix enough to make it bleed as this has coincided a few times. Anyone else had this with cervical erosion?
Spoke to one of my replacements today (the part time one) by email and she seems nice. She is just coming off maternity leave so I might be able to get a few good tips off her.

Congratualtions Tara! :j Can't see the photos just now as I'm at work but will defintiely be checking them out when I get home!
Tia - hope everything's ok. You seem to have it all under control at the mo anyway so that's a good sign I reckon :cool:0 -
NMS - I agree, it seems like we have to chase forms down from the midwife here as well. It's rather frustrating. It's not like they don't have to routinely give these forms out anyway, you'd think they'd be more prepared. I had to ask a number of times for the forms, and I felt like such a pest, but just wanted to get them taken care of.
jennynoo - I think "no breaststroke" is something to do with the stomach muscles? but not sure of the detailsMSE mum of DS(7), and DS(4) (and 2 adult DCs as well!)DFW Long haul supporters No 210:snow_grin Christmas 2013 is coming soon!!! :xmastree:0 -
Umm breastroke is a funny thing to be told not what to do, we do lots of movements with arms and legs similar to that in breastroke and were told they are good for the tummy muscles and also to open up your chest.Received £2,626.00 in PPI -2013:j

congrats on all the lovely births recently, I hope it is the fact that i have had a very sore throat and i am still getting over that but my tastes bubs have completely changed I now hate tea and i could drink it until it came out my ears also hubby did a curry for tea the same recipe as he always done and it about blew my head off he said it wasn't hot at all but i could bearly stand it. I have a odd taste in my mouth all the time, fingers crossed it will go soon.
Going to start dinner in a bit. We have free cinema tickets for tonight :j, it will be bit late when we get in and we normally get a take away on the way home so i am being good and making something now so we can re-heat it when we get back. I can't remember when hubby and i last went out by ourselves so am really looking forward to it.
We are going to try and get a few dates in while i am pg as i have already had tons of people saying once you have 2 that's it no one will want to babysit for you ever again. My mother does nearly all our babysitting as she is only down the road. Mil has been very good as she lives about 30 miles away and doesn't drive so it isn't always Convenient for her to look after ds while we go out for a few hours so she will say now and then when can we have him for a few days which is really great but once there is 2 of them she won't be offering any more. This is my signature!0 -
And on the running discussion I still run at 26 weeks if you count running for the train in the morning  5 mins max but I always end up out of breath and heart beating really hard so feel really guilty. Also starting to worry about what people think seeing a pregnant lady running for the train - not exactly a nice sight
