    Debt-free and Proud!
lil miss - I was breech till a week ago. Baby will more than likely turn on its own so don;t worry about it. you can help it to turn by getting on your knees with your bum in teh air and head down, ro by doing this on the stairs but be careful!

to turn it from back to back, all fours is great, and don;t slump back in your chair.

Check out a website called spinning babies for more help, but basically to turn a breech get YOUR head lower than YOUR bum.

But as I said, most breech babies will turn by 37/38 weeks apparently, and back to back can be encouraged to turn as well.

Hi just back from lunch and could fall alsleep , just wanted to add that my birthday is the end of July. I did not like it at school due to the fact i was the youngest and also no one was around for birthday partys but now i love it. i was the last to turn 30 out of all my old friends and also birthdays tend to be bbqs now etc. We now due our 1st baby in December and thats also my oh birthday month and he hates it !!!! As no one has any money and also loads of other partys to go to and when he was younger he only used to get the one present ??

Someone in my building may have swine flu, they've been given Tamiflu but of course they have stopped testing for swine flu so we wont know for sure. I just got told I could move into our office next door or to our other site if I want but I said no. Do you think I'm doing the right thing?

I know how you feel nancmat. 37 weeks tomorrow and I am done, if only someone would stick a fork in me and confirm it.

And I've just leaked from one boob over my third shirt of the day, which is nothing compared to the number of pairs of underwear I've gone through. Plus the baby really seems to enjoy digging her feet in under my desk so that my belly's trapped between foot and desk.

Sure, Jenny - it's a mild flu and you should be fine, although pregnant ladies are slightly immunosuppressed so we don't expel our infants. Better not to take yourself over to the other building in case you're already exposed to it, there's no sense spreading it further :)

I'm starting to worry about my left one a bit. It's sore and not leaking, whereas the other is leaking merrily all over me.

    And my entire wardrobe.

Good afternoon ladies. Finishing work in 15 mins. Thank god. Soooo tired today. Also when got I dressed, put non pregnancy dress on over my jeans and i think it looks very nice, except should have put a vest top underneath. Have had lots of comments from the blokes at work re my boobs and the size of them, have even been likened to two space hoppers! Nice! Am not even that bothered, have no shame anymore and can't seem to contain them, am sick of having to buy bigger bras. I've certainly go it, so might as well flaunt it. May even give OH a smile when visit in hospital later. Either that or he'll get a strop on because i've been to work like this. Which with his moods lately is more likely. Again not "bovered".

How come i feel worse now the weather has cooled? Thought it would be the other way round.

If you've already been in contact it's a bit late to do anything about it now - bit like closing the door after the horse has bolted!
We had a pg lady ring today who had been in contact with a suspected case and cos pg ladies are high risk GP arranged for anti-viral for her. Up to you I guess.
I'm bound to get it working in the surgery

big post coming up about my appt - get ready it'll be a long one!
