    Hi all.

Got to the end of posts and completely forgotten what to say to whom.

Whoevers (sorry) mum is not showing too much interest at the moment, try not to take it to heart, I spent many a night in tears after my parents kept referring to bump as 'the mistake'. I had to threaten them in the end to make them stop but now (at 29 weeks) they have been helping put furniture up, receiving deliveries and generally are quite excited about it all. I'm sure it was a shock but babies are cute for a reason and they will no doubt be doting grandparents once baby arrives.

Tara, you are certifiable. Those hills are hard work at the best of times, nevermind heavily pregnant. Not surprised you were scaring people. I'm struggling to get up the car park into work at the moment. I'm blaming my newly fat legs and extra 3 stone... nothing to do with me being seriously unfit at all.

Glam - Sorry to hear about your insulin, but glad it will only be for another 9 weeks. Can't believe you will be abandoning us and joining the queue jumpers

Had my letter confirming HIPG will be in bank in next 7 days. Yay. Just need to try not to spend it now as I really want to save to try to stay off work a little longer. Worried about surviving on half pay though, and SMP is even worse. Been looking into KIT days today. Spoken to nursery and they are happy to have bubs one day per week whilst I go in to boost up my income a bit. Should now be looking at going back to work beginning of May 10.

Why does kiddicare say free delivery when you spend £39.99 then try and charge me £3.95 delivery?

harley - if you've had the letter it's probably already in the bank, mine was.

I know I will be queue jumping - still classing myself as part of the 22nd crew although Jillie said she too would probably go at 38 weeks!

I better do tea now - been putting it off cos I;ve got Heartburn and feel sick!

Evening ladies. Lots to catch up with this evening.

Hypno- hope your first day at home alone was okay. Sending you big hugs.

Tia- congrats on your date moving forward four weeks. How exciting that you definitely know the date you're going to have your baby in your arms. The coffee shop sounds really nice- perfect for relaxing in with bubs.

Glam- that sucks that you now have to take insulin too. At least they picked it up quite early so you can get the treatment and monitoring you need.

Nicky- that is rubbish about your hubby having to go to India. Could any of your family come and stay with you for the week? My hubby keeps telling me about days he has to be in court (he's a PC) close to my due date. Apparently your wife being in labour isn't a good enough reason not to be there......we'll see!

I'm sure I had loads more to say, but my brain is absolute mush today.

Hubby went to B & Q to replace the missing bolts in my glider chair and I am loving it. The rocking motion is fab. The material of the cushions feels a but cheapy, but I'll probably chuck a throw on it in the nursery anyway so not too bothered. Main thing is it is comfy.

Got a really bad stitch in my bump today. The meeting I had to go to was on a third floor, with no lift. By the time I had powered up and down the stairs twice my bump was really sore- horrid stabbing pain but it seemed to go off when I sat down for a while so can't have been anything too serious.

Hubby is working tonight so sofa to myself and a very early night in order I think. Might even have a soak in the bath if I can keep my eyes open long enough.

    Evening everyone :)

Glam, sorry about the insulin, but at least you know they are taking care of you. Type 2 is not that bad, most of my family have it and if you do get it later in life, then you will deal with it. I am high risk for it just because of my family history !!

Tia, YEAH for having a new date :) How does it feel being able to knock off 3 weeks ???? Hope you are OK about it all

Tara, did the walk do much for you? Pains any more regular yet? Hope things get going for you soon, but more for your DDs sanity than for you now as I have decided your cruel !! :)
The two best things I have done with my life

    woohoo!!!!! Congratulations! :j:j:j

MM, It's 3 weeks knocked off, 4 weeks till I see her (maybe not the 5th exactly but you know what I mean). Will try for my VBAC but if it is a section then I can deal with it. It will be an elective, I will be awake it won't be as terrible as the emergency one was. No doubt I will start panicking the closer I get but I just have to make plans and I'll be fine. yes, it will all be fine.

Has anyone else on that ebay trial thingy? Where they convert every pound you spend into 1 point then you get a gift voucher at the end of the 3 months with all your points on?

If so, what does 1 point equal on the voucher? £1 or 1p?

Im trying to buy things on ebay just to get points lol x
