sorry for the multiple posting, but just to say I'm so pleased to see the Next sale coming soon! I'm going to be in desperate need of some mat clothes soon. Broke a button on my trousers this morning! things are DEFINITELY tighter, but I'm going to blame the pregnancy rather than all the meat & cheese in Prague .

7am Breakfast -I have crunchy nut, or weetabix for brekki, with O.J

1pm Lunch - homemade ham sarnie, square crisps, yoguart, small choc gold bar
3pm - wholemeal crackers
6-7pm - dinns, lasagne, pasta, quiche, jacket spud, salmon, curry or whatever feel like but have gone of stirfrys and sweet sour dishes..and treat icelolly or i/c to follow..

In the first few months I ate so many magnum and cornetto ice creams and felt sick after, so trying to to be good and eat as healthy as possible, but I love boosts and mars bars, v sweet tooth at the mo x

I love all those nice things but my recent diagnosis of Gestational Diabetes means I need to watch what I eat :mad:

Hmm. I've been desperate for some lasagne for a couple of days now. I shall reward myself for going outside by buying some and eating it.

So far have managed to do the banking and put some clothes on. Need to get in gear to go over to Ikea.

I wonder if there's lasagne there?

Got an answer to my dilemma which I will share

If you start Mat Leave, then change employer BEFORE your baby is born, as long as you don't actually work for that new employer your previous employer HAS to pay you SMP. Only problem is you can't get your P45 until your previous employer has stopped paying your SMP after 39 weeks so you will need to complete a P46 for your new employer.

I rang ACAS, HMRC NI line and HMRC Employers helpline (I posed as an Employer :shhh:)

My last day of work will be Friday 14th August, I will be starting Mat Leave on Sunday 16th August (34 weeks), I will become employed by my new employer on Monday 17th August but won't actually start work with them (it is still subject to references and Occy health) and will still get SMP :j

Sugar - yummm lasagne its always a winner for me, and so easy...

Ive got ikea trip planned 1st Sept to grab bits for the nursery and our place, im really excited its so silly x

I love love love Ikea. It's a bit harder with my giant fat feet, but I love it all the same and plan to spend ages looking at the stuff I am normally not allowed to look at.

Morning ladies
Hope everyone is ok ? Have had quite a busy weekend. Was helping my Mum cook on saturday/ Sunday as she had a birthday party to cater for of over 100 guests. Not much change apart from strange feelings inside like putting a soluble tablet in a glass of water, and like aless said getting puffed out easier. Also got my 2nd midwife appt on wednesday. When i will 17 weeks

I didn't! But only because I didn't have Triple Test done

I had 9 weeks then next one was 22 weeks! Had 2 scans in between but didn't see a MW at all. Just wait until you are 24 weeks they are much more frequent then.

I'm almost 29 weeks!!!!!! :j:j:j
