My £15 voucher arrived today. I wa shoping id get the £25 I applied when it was £15.

anyone applied for the amazon mastercard and received the £15 worth of vouchers ? I applied before christmas, received the card just after, activated it but still havn't had any vouchers.
How long in general should it take.
I have rang the numbers given but i just get fobbed off. the hbos helpline at first said they were in the post. i rang amazon who told me they would be e-mailed.
I e-mailed customer service who told me it was a loyalty programme and i had to get 1500 points...
What a hullaballoo.
Are they trying to pull a fast one or does just 1 person in the whole chain of things hold the vouchers in his hand right now but no one else knows...
any one else had issues?

Same thing happened to my brother as the customer service is a little useless when you tell them that you get £15 when you use the card for the first time.

My brother phoned several times until he spoke to someone who knew about the promotion. He did not receive the voucher as there were problems with there system so what they did was credit his account instead for the same amount.

You usually get the email within 2-3 weeks of the statement received sometimes sooner so I would wait a while if it hasn't passed this duration.

By the way you mention you activated the card but have you made your first purchase? As in order to receive it you need to make a transaction.

NOTE: The voucher is sent by email not by post.

I got my voucher today by email. Valid for 2 years as well I made my 1st purchase in mid December. Got my statement and it showed 1500 points awarded and redeemed.

Mine came through yesterday - account opened at the end of November. I was wondering how long it'd take. Got the statement posted last week, and then the email today so I don't think that's too bad. At least for next time I know how long it'll take.

If you appled just before Christmas, then you ought to get £25 once you spend on the card - i.e. 2500 points redeemable at Amazon - it was in Martin's weekly email

I archived the Amazon webpage with this promotion on is somewhere, if anyone needs it to prove that's what they were offering.

I applied on Christmas eve, been accepted, hopefully the card will turn up soon.

OH and I both applied just before Xmas, we got the paperwork just after Xmas and sent it back but no card as yet... I was hoping to use it on the sales because of the 6 months 0% on purchases... Hope it gets here soon!

I applied before Christmas and received my card today. I'm going to activate the card tonight, use it to pay for my next tank of petrol, pay off the card ASAP and wait for the points.

Technically I qualify for the £25 offer but I'm not to optimistic.
