Amazon Credit Card free Voucher

ooh i was going to wait for my vouchers before buying my new digital camera but i only just sent the agreement back on tuesday, not sure I can wait a month plus for my new toy!!

I applied just before Christmas, received the card and spent on it a few days ago... I was hoping I'd get the vouchers straight away, but looks like I'll have to wait a while. Oh, well!

I got an Amazon card about 18 months ago when they were giving out the £15, so I'm not sure if I'll qualify this time, although I have received the card, Anyone know ? or I'll just have to wait till the statement comes through.

I got my card yesterday, I have some Amazon stuff in my basket so I will buy it today and see what happens.

i got my card just before christmas, spent on it the other day, so guess i have to wait for the statement before getting my vouchers. i'm waiting til i've got them to treat myself to a cheap this life dvd box set!!

I'm still waiting for the £15 voucher as well after having opened an account on 30OCT2006! I phoned up Mastercard and got given this number to call 0208 6369 500 - the lady said that they had had quite a lot of people phoning up to complain. The number goes through to Amazon. They took my details and said that they would speak with Mastercard. Will hassle them again at the end of the week.

I applied for the card when amazon was offering £25 voucher. i have been using it a few times and today I have recieved a £10 e voucher, not a £25 e voucher that I was expecting. From reading other peoples experiences and my own I think Martin and his team should check up on this problem. Its ridiculous to see companys worth millions not being competent enough to dish out what they promise to tempt us into using there credit card.

I signed up just before Christmas when the £25 offer was on, and spent on my card a few weeks ago. However, today I received a gift certificate for just £10. Has this happened to anyone else? Might they be sending it out as two certificates or are they just screwing me over?

I agree that something seems up as I also applied when the offer was £25 and have just received a £10 voucher. I contacted Amazon and they've given me a free phone number to call Mastercard 0800 3896677 as they say the additional £15 comes from Halifax who are the issuer of the Amazon card.

We'll say what happens when I call this number

Before anyone calls the 0800 number I just gave, they've advised me they can't help and gave me another number to call, 0845 6047000
