I have received the £10 today as an e gift voucher, if they put 1500 points on my first statement that's fine if not I will be complaining, I sent an email to both Amazon card and to Amazon asking them to explain the situation.

Yep I just got £10 via email and should have £25, at least its not just me!
I suppose the £10 is probably automatically sent by their systems and the extra £15 may turn up within the next few days? I can't remember what it said when I signed up??
It is a bit poor though as obviously got a few of us worried (hopefully over nothing).

    I'll be complaining too.

    Edit:
I've just noticed others get £15 vouchers in their email, so this might be the extra £10 and then they could be sending the normal £15 separately?

    I'd give it a while.

If you need to complain then I have the banner adds for the "extra £15".

They are in the two web page archives I've put in this zipfile.

Don't forget these are archive files so don't go expecting to buy merchandise off the links etc.

    I didn't even get the £10 yet.

  • Got the following response from Amazon after I emailed them

"Thank you for writing to Amazon.co.uk.

We are sorry to hear that you have not yet received your 25.00 GBP Loyalty gift certificates.

Please be aware that there is a delay of up to two weeks between the points appearing on your credit card statement and the gift certificates being sent to you. If you do not receive it within this timeframe, please contact us again using the link below:"

So it really does seem like we'll need to wait for the statement and then if the credits not there we have a valid complaint
  • Got an interest free amazon card in Dec 06 to buy a Nintendo DS lite for Christmas (have the cash to clear at end of interest free period).
After first statement I got sent a £15 voucher from amazon by e-mail, then another £15 voucher by e-mail one a day later. :j
Have now redeemed both and got 2 new ds games worth £30 for nothing!! :T

  • Hi
Have received my Amazon mastercard, and when activating asked for an online username and password. Have logged in to my account from https://www.halifax.co.uk/online, it seemed to log in successfully but says I have no accounts registered for online access.
When I go to the 'credit cards' link from the 'my portfolio' page I get the message
"Sorry - due to system problems we are unable to access any credit card accounts you may have with us"

Does it take a while for the card to 'appear' here, or do I need to spend on it first? Or should I call customer services?

Thanks for any help you can offer...

For all those that got a card - how long was it between getting the letter with the PIN and the actual card? I got my PIN early last week but still no card.
