Called that number and the person I spoke to has referred the query to their marketing department and has advised me that they will call me back. More news if/when I get that call.

Why oh why do these companies so consistently mess up their promotions?

I too am waiting for my Amazon vouchers, i have recieved £10 but signed up before Christamas and spent on it in order to get the advertisd £25 voucher. I've emailed Amazon, lets see what they say. Are they hoping people wont miss the £15!?

Just got my £10 voucher today too so will see what they say to prefdavid first. Might not get the £15 til I get my first statement though.

Just recieved a £10 voucher too. I should be due for £25 altogether so hopefully will get this when my first statement arrives. Someone on another thread has rung them up.

Thanks, Chivvy. I just got an email back from Amazon customer services - they said to contact Halifax but they also said I should get a £15 voucher shortly after my statement arrives. Haven't had the statement yet so hopefully it'll turn up then!

like a few others here i also applied before christmas for my card, it did not arrive until the new year though, i recieved a £10 e-voucher this morning but am at a loss as to where the other £15 is.
I willhave to try phoning them as well, it seems like a lot of people are having the same trouble!!
Boo to amazon!!!

Do I qualify for the introductory offer of 1500 loyalty points?

You will receive 1500 free points after you complete your first transaction using your Amazon.co.uk MasterCard. These points will appear on your first statement after you use your card.
Note: you will not receive free points on balance transfers, credit card cheques or cash machine transactions.

How do I redeem points?

When you've earned 1500 points, we'll send you a 15 GBP gift certificate during the next statement period. We send the gift certificate to the e-mail address you gave to Halifax plc when you applied for your card.
Note: we won't start to send out gift certificates until the end of February 2005. At this time we'll send you a 15 GBP gift certificate for each multiple of 1500 points you've earned since you activated your card. Gift certificates are issued subject to these terms and conditions.

Presume 2005 is a typo.

That's a great response fairenoughclough, thanks. Shame that the Amazon folk don't even know their own T's & C's. I'll certainly update this forum when I get my statement, with or without voucher!
