I've had the £15 voucher come through too. Arrived on Monday and spent it already! :)

Anyone got the other £15 gift voucher from Amazon yet?
received a voucher for £10 on the 9th Feb, but still waiting for second voucher to make it up to promised £25 that was part of December offer. Tried phoneing but waste of time, kept being put through to a separate section for vouchers etc. which gives recorded message about going on web, then hangs up.
  • I have received the card statement on 17-JAN-2007 but they didn't send me the gift voucher as yet..

What step do I have to take?? I have already sent them a complaint letter but they didn't even respond to that..

I have talked to them many times..no success :(

I was accepted for this card on 20 December but the card was only dated from Jan 2007. I used it in January and have now had first statement on 7 Feb but have only been awarded the 1500 points. Have since received £15 voucher for these.
Has anyone else only received 1500 points instead of the 2500?
I don't have anything from them stating it was 2500 points, only Martins e-mail. Does anyone have anything in writing they could let me have to use when writing to them please?

I just log on for the first time and was not very happy to see that was charged over 20 £ for transfer of about 700 £ .
I remember that this should be transfer free for about nine months ..?
Does I misunderstood something or ..?
Sorry for the newbe question but where all this transfers are coming from..?
Other credit card that I have filled in or my bank accounts ..?

    Thanks !
