you can use either of these 2 numbers to speak to them directly without dialling 0870

Yep just got my statement by post today and points via email tonight so got there in the end!
  • I got my remaining £15! It arrived today, the same day as the bill. So I've just bought four books at a total cost to me of 61p! Am a very happy bunny. :D

Just checked my email. Was sent a £15.00 voucher last night at 8.26 and it expired yesterday. Is the anything I can do to get another one?

It's ok, I have sorted it. Should have read the small print before I paniced and posted.

Well having read everyone elses posts I think I need to contact them too. My first statement came last week. It shows the 1500 points but I haven't received any emails at all with regard to the £25 in vouchers, whatever form they come in.

    Hi

I haven't received my £25 vouchers yet either so was glad to know I am not the only one! I haven't received my statement yet, but it should be on its way in the post. Hopefully we will get them soon.

Hi, we signed up for the credit card when the £25 offer was on. We spent on the card in January and have received our first statement which shows:

    Added this month 1520
Points to be redeemed this month 1500
    Total loyalty points 20

So it looks like we should soon receive the £15 e voucher. Has anyone received the additional £10 yet?

  • I received a £10 gift voucher this morning, haven't received the other £15 yet. Not had a statement yet either.
  • I applied for a Halifax/Amazon Card over Christmas on the advice of this site. Whilst £25 gift was offered a £10 token arrived today!
