just noticed amazon are offering £25 in amazon vouchers for signing up.

You must sign up before Christmas for this deal. And make first purchase before end of March 07.

This is instead of the normal old £15 amazon voucher reward.
  • Hi,

Does anyone know if the amazon card usually gives you an instant online decision if you have been accepted? I have just applied and got a message to say my application would be processed within 10 days :( Oh well, I only applied for the free £25 gift certificate and because ukannualreport and garlik both said i need some more credit searches done lol. Bit strange that they let you set up to view you account online before they have even offered you one though

Hi guys, I applied for the amazon credit card especially to get the £15 amazon voucher that is offered with it.

Well I've got the card, have made my first purchase...and nada.

Has anyone else taken advantage of this deal, and if so how long did it take them to email you the voucher.

I've tried contacting amazon about it, who were no help whatsoever.

THis was meant to help with the Xmas shopping but I think it's going to all happen too late...

    I'll check it out thanks!!

The normal amazon spam seems to get through fine...though it would just be my luck if the filter picks up the voucher

It's maybe just a matter of having patience...not easy for me...:wall:
  • I see from the amazon website that this offer is now up to £25
  • I had a Amazon Credit Card and got my voucher within a week or two of my first statement.

When my brother applied his never got through he sent many secure messages through his account and a number of phone calls were made and some staff were a bit useless. There response was always that you got to get 1500 points to get the voucher. We were fully aware of this but told them that you get £15 by making your first purchase. After 3 months of nagging and getting hold of someone who knew about the offer they said they will send a voucher code to the registered email address within a week.

Brother waited a month after this and then told them he still has not got it, they then respond and say that they will credit his account with £15 as they have problems with sending voucher codes out. I would advise if you don't get it within a few weeks I should start nagging and hopeful you will get it.
