    I live in Queensland. I was born here too. We're moving on Sunday very close to Brisbane. We are moving to Lamb Island. 15min ferry trip to Brisbane. Have been living in Maryborough for the last 20 years but originally come from Gladstone which is further up north. DH was born in Sydney. We call them mexicans. :p

    I expect that's as clear as mud. :D

    Just enjoying a lemon green tea before I need to get myself into gear! Mmmm it's sooo refreshing :)

    Boys are back to school tomorrow (well, one is, the other goes Thursday) so today will be getting them organised :laugh: Yesterday, I became honorary "Auntie" to 5 Easter Chicks :j :rotfl: I was getting a blow by blow text commentary each time one fully hatched :D It was quite exciting really!!

    Going to try and get an appointment to get my hair cut today, it grows so quickly (but never very long) so it needs a good chopping :D I really *must* get to the library or I'll have fines to pay :o:o My seed and honey loaf is almost ready (smells wonderful!)

    Right! Tempus fugit and all that!!

    Everyone in the house of stressed is *back* today, back to work and back to school :eek: Packed lunches are all made, breakfasts have been eaten. Just chucked DD's bed linen in to wash - hopefully it will finish before I leave to go to work, otherwise it wil be tumbled when I get home :eek:

    My hallway is stacked with things to take to school this morning; PE kit, book bag, packed lunch, clarinet, NY model (don't ask :rolleyes: )

    Trying to decide what to have for tea tonight - as whatever it is I need to pull it out the freezer......... chicken curry I think - so that's chicken to get out the freezer :D

    Morning everyone,

    Back to w**k for me as well today, but just one little one here, and a mystery shop job to do, so hoping for a nice easy day. My 2 have been behaving really well these holidays, so its been really nice.
    Have some cleaning to do later, as i didnt quite get in gear yesterday, but we did have a lovely day, did do a little bit of gardening (ok, pulled a few weeds up) and read the rest of my Harry Potter book (some of it in a nice relaxing bath) so feel that i should be a bit more energetic today.

    Morning everyone

    DH back to work today so its just me and the kids today although we do have our friend who is a hairdresser coming this morning to do all our hair!! Got a small pile of ironing to do and some more washing to put in the WM - i dont know where it all comes from?? Might do some crafts with the kids today if we dont get around to it today we will do it tomorrow.
