Well very upset to report 1.4 lb on. Have had an awful week and felt worse than I ever have since I was first diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue....spent all bloody week in bed, no exercise and ate a lot that I shouldn't have....starting to feel a litlle better today but am so disappointed in the gain .

    Thanks for the chart fred:T.
Starspar - really sorry you have had such a bad week - you are doing well to cope with such a devastating condition, so I'm not suprised you ate more than you wowuld have liked: being ill is very dull and food can be a nice diversion - completely natural. Here's hoping you have a better week next week.

Really hot and sticky here - today's exercise has been hauling my shopping trolley back for the butchers with this months supply of meat. Could currently eat a horse...(but they were fresh out of them)
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once
  • Walked 2 miles to the pool today, 2 miles back, and did 2 1/2 hours of swimming too! Had a Cadbury's bar though...

Haha! As long as it wasn't one of those family size ones I think you'll still be in 'credit' Vanya!

Congrats Hannah and everyone else who's done well this week! :D

I've reduced my calorie intake and exercise levels this week, and I have the usual 'first week' weight gain which happens every time I make that sort of a change.

What I think has happened is I've taken the intake down too low (reduced by 300/day), when I've still been quite active. I was planning more of a rest, but DS has had other ideas :rotfl:

Hopefully it'll start to sort itself out over the next week or so.

    Have a great weekend everyone!

good grief - no posts for 24hrs: must be holiday season.

Hope every one is ok. I've been doing more decluttering of down stairs by moving it into the attic today so things are a bit clearer down here.

Lots of bulk cooking today and hopefully tomorrow to get more HM ready meals in the freezer. I am now deliberately cooking 6 portions at a time rather than 4 (i.e. 3 meals for 2 instead of 2 meals for 2) as it takes nearly the same effort/resources and then I have an extra meal in the freezer. I'm hoping it will be financially economical too.
Did anyone watch econ0my gastr0nomy on Wed? Not so much about weight loss of course, but about eating well on a budget. They stressed the importance of plannig ahead a weeks meals and then only shopping for what you need. And never shop with out a list. I gues I do that anyway but could tighten up a bit: got a bit slack recently.
