bleagh, still feeling rubbish. consoling myself with sw's fifty free food feasts which is pretty good actually. just had a betroot risotto for lunch/tea which was rather tasty actually, even if every worksurface in the kitchen is now pink. Hoping i'll feel better tomorrow as OH has an event starting that i really want to support. However, my grandad is in hospital and i may need to dash over there to see him before .. well. He's sleeping, won't know i'm there, but part of me wants to go anyway. It's weird, I've never experienced this before, was too young to understand when other relatives went.

{{{hugz}}} Kpc, even if he doesn't know you are there, it will bring you some comfort to know that you were there.

victory - that's such good news: you should be proud of the committmnt you have shown to caring for your mum at such a difficult time. I'm glad to hear you feel able to go home to your kids now though.

Beanie - have a really good holiday - hope it is rejeuvantating: you'v had a difficult year one way and another.

kpc - sorry yous still feeling lousy. Get better and don't dash around until you are is aunty bb's advice.

Have a great hols sary too.

Some good results and excellent advice being passed on as ever.
Thanks a lot for the chart fredsnail.

And thanks for the continued advice vix LOL. I might well take up your excellent ideas in the autumn - got a few pratical matters to sort first. A man's brain can generally only cope with one major project at a time I find:D.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

well i've been asked by the hospital not to visit given that i seem to have this bug. Strangely, that makes me feel better, takes away the anxiety. thanks for your concern peeps, it's really nice to know that i can come on here and let thinkgs out. Really quite pleased that over the last few days I haven't given into the urge to eat badly too. maybe i'm makig some progress!

I've been doing the 'Kilamanjaro' setting for 15 mions at level 6...I went up a level and bumped it to 20 mins and now I've switched to 'Around The World' setting I did 15 mins on level 7 last night...I'm gonna go for 20 mins next :j

Go for it!!! Have to say those settings sound more interesting than the ones when I go to the gym (PAYG cos I don't go often). We have the somewhat less inspiring "hills", "random", "fat burn"... & maybe 1 or 2 others!

Beanie - have a lovely time on your hols!

KPC you poor thing, hope it's just mild - get well soon.

    Safe journey home Victory :)

This is my last day before I tone the exercise right down for a month - I'm reducing it by about two thirds to give my body a rest and enjoy the school hols with DS.

    Have a great weekend all!

hello all, another flying visit (god I wish the insurance would hurry up with my laptop!!)
Had a great weighin on Tues then binged in the afternoon and again on Wed but planned a low cal day yesterday and hopefully again today and also increased my water intake (only problem with that is going to the loo every 10mins!)
Exercise wise, I have done all my usual classes and did a run yesterday morning and my dad came to take the boys so that I could do my salsa dvd this afternoon so I have come to pick them up and have a sneaky peak at their computer too.
Hope everyone is doing well and I can't wait to catch up again properly soon x
