The news from the hospital is very good, mum and her partner are buzzing, the breathing test and the chest x ray are all good enough for the op and the op is scheduled for some time at the end of august and so his quality of life will be improved and very much more mobile than he is so it is all good, a wait for a bit for the op, his age and lung capacity have been taken into consideration but all in all he has a very good chance with the op and the improvement at the end of it should make his life even better so mum has something to smile about at last0

I still don't understand the penis hairdo tho...4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
Exercise does work for weight control (although it has loads of other benefits too!). With my calorie intake of circa 2000/day I can maintain a size 8 with lots of exercise, probably a size 14 with moderate activity, and I'd be about a size 20 if sedentary.
What a great way of putting it! Thanks, never thought about like thatIf I look at it that way then to lose weight t the speed I'd like along with my diet I'd need to do loads of exercise so much so that the scales stay practically the same with all the muscle!
I think I will start measuring myself, maybe it will make me feel better about the slow loss progress that I'm making! I'll still be disappointed by the scales but the inches mght be enough of a consolation!
Victory - Good news! Glad to hear it's all looking positive.Comp wins 2014: £30 Gu Pud Vouchers0 -
