Sorry guys, I can't seem to explain myself clearly at the mo! I meant I won't be posting for the chart any more but I am hoping to pop in here a little before we go. You're not getting rid of me just yet :rotfl:Thanks for all the good wishes xThe 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

can't shift whatever this flipping thing is! if i get a massive sleep i'm fine for a day or so, then it comes back and smacks me again. If i keep busy i don't notice it, but if i relax for 10 minutes the aches and exhaustionkicks in and I'm asleep. oh thinks I ought to see the doctor, but not sure if it's worth it. back to bed now.0

I hope your 'won'tpower' is reflected on the scales this week, you certainly deserve it. You sound as if you're feeling better than you have been recently? I do hope so.
I do seem to be a bit better at the mo thanks: I've just had a week off work which helps: this year I have taken a week off every 8 weeks to try and keep my self from getting so drained and it does help. Things go a bit up and down, but this summer has definitely been the best for some time.Lots of little reasons all coming together and I feel very hopeful of more to come.
Vix - I went on my own to the wedding - and it was as well: I think the absolute 'no expence spared' and the 11 hrs it lasted (4pm -3a.m.) would had him running a mile from the idea:rotfl:(ditto me:D). I need him to see that weddings can be don on a small budget and last 3hrs tops:D Your work is not yet done
Big welcome vanya:T.
well done, sary, hannah, granny, victory, ffm:j.
kpc - sounds like a nasty virus: try and give yourself a chance to recover properlyI try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

Do you have a particular plan for your weightloss, such as healthy eating and exercise, or something like Weight Watchers, or Tescos Diets? We're all doing a variety of plans here. Personally, I like to keep tabs on my calorie intake, try to be as active when and wherever I can, even if it's just walking up and down the stairs and being extra vigorous with the hoovering!
I don't really know any plans, never really done this before, so I was thinking of just keeping an eye on the calories and doing a bit more walking! I don't know if that'll do anything, but...Undergrad law student. Take my advice with a pinch of salt! :rotfl:0 -

right.
Plan A BB. Wack yourself over to the old special occasions board and leave the weddings and anniversaries thread open. Then when he asks, "have you finished with the computer?" you will reply, "why yes darling, i have" Marilyn monroe styley.0 -
Jenny yes that will work, that's all I've done, although I probably do a bit more walking that your planning to. I started by cutting all the junk food out of my diet, especially my beloved highlander crisps and pringles
and sweet talked the boss into letting me out of the office and on delivery again, which is 5-8 miles a day, don't think you will be planning that much tho, I know i wouldn't if i didn't need to
4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -

Really it's about laying down a marker -- away for the next two weigh ins so hoping not too do too much damage.
I'll be sending the chart off in a minute to the wonderful Fredsnail to look after whilst I'm away. Thanks Fred! Anyhting that's wrong is entirely my fault.:o
....
See you all in two weeks .... think of me walking, in the rain, in the Eden Valley.
A loss is a loss and should be recognised :j Have a lovely time away and don't worry about the chart - any errors will be mine alone0
