Sorry not been popping in, busy packing up the house to move out this Friday!

Hope everyone is well and good luck for the news tomorrow Vic x

Good luck with the WI this week, I won't be putting in an appearance from now, food is all packed up and we're just eating what comes! It'll all settle down again once we're in Kathmandu.

Nepal still reminds me of this witch teacher we had at school who helped the kids out there. She was so heartless it made me wonder how she was helping those kids with no heart! But maybe she did. Her image still haunts me today.

Have a lovely time though bails, and if you see mrs mcpherson tell her to get the penis end hair do sorted.

    Morning all!

Bails things must be really hectic as you get ready for your trip! Have a wonderful, wonderful time! :D

Makes my excitement over a new fridge and freezer seem a bit lame!!! :p

BB good to read your update, I feel exactly the same as you about the TdF, it's left a bit of a gap now it's finished! I know there are other races but it's just not the same without P&P & co ;)

Sary I hope for the sake of your friend's health that she can find a way. Ouch about the expense of the unused home equipment and gym membership though!!!

    My update for last week:
Intake 1919 cals/day, net after exercise 1370 cals/day. Completed final 96km of TdF cycling challenge, for a total distance of 354km (on and off road) over the 3 weeks. Jogged total 30.5km which included a half marathon on Friday. Also 7km hike and Yoga. Haven't weighed because it's been TOTM
