    SO glad you're back :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
  • Good to have you back Vix, I was down at the river today, doing a spot of geocaching.

    It must have looked hilarious as I emerged from the muddy swampy area on the 'wrong' side of the tow path, with a 5ft stick wearing wellies and t-shirt - I almost bumped into this couple out walking, so I just said 'morning' to which they mumbled 'morning' back :rotfl:Well, what else could they say??

    OH and pooch were waiting a little way away - I think they were too embarassed to see me wading through the mud, balancing on logs and finally climbing a tree just to reach an 'extreme' geocache :D OH said he didn't want to draw attention to my activities - it's always hard to keep caches secret from non-cachers who tend to trash the cache - pity really.

    Hi all, I was right in thinking today would be a heavy food day. I feel stuffed and bloated and didnt realise how much less/ differently I must eat now to what I used to as I feel rubbish after eating it all.

    VICTORY/BB - what were the first signs of your arthritis? I was told last year that I would "probably get it all over" due to my other conditions making me click and crack all the time (one guy listened to my breathing and said i sounded like lemonade fizzing/popping away!). However my fingers have got worse over the last couple of weeks and now constantly hurt and for the last two days my dominant wrist has been sore and weak. Will get a doctors appointment this week but am feeling anxious/curious hence asking if any of it sounds familiar? Also hurts to make a fist.
